1. Go to “My Store” Page
Just like how to confirm an order, you can enter the page “My Shop” via menus "Sale" or MyShop on the row of icons on the right side of the website on the desktop view, or click the three lines in the upper left corner on the mobile view.

2. Click Withdraw

3. Click Withdraw Funds
If everything is correct, click “Withdraw Funds”, and you will receive a notification like the image below.
Click "Confirm" and congratulations, store balance/VC Cash you have successfully disbursed.
VCGamers give a time limit for 2×24 hours on working days for funds to be disbursed into your account. If the funds have not been disbursed past the deadline, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] for further handling.
