GTA 4 (Grand Theft Auto IV)

How to Buy a House in GTA 4?

Regretfully, in the GTA 4 series, you cannot even buy a property or a house. If usually the other GTA series allows you to buy a house, but here, you can't buy it at all.

House in GTA 4: Liberty City

• Safehouse Brokers. Located on Mohawk Ave and Bard St, Hove Beach. You can open this safehouse after completing The Cousins Bellic mission.
• South Bohan Apartments. Located on Joliet St. and Rocket St, South Bohan. You can open it after completing the Roman's Sorrow mission.
• Middle Park East Safehouse. Located on Albany Ave and Pyrite St, Middle Park East (Algonquin). You can unlock it after the Hostile Negotiation mission
• Playboy X's Penthouse. Located on Xenotime St, and Galveston Ave. You can get it after completing The Holland Day mission.
• Alderney Safehouse is the latter. Located on Mahesh Ave, Alderney City. You can only open it after the mission A Long Way to Fall, Smackdown.

You Can't Buy a House in Other GTA 4 Series

Yes, in other series, such as The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, you still can't buy a house. In fact, the number is less when compared to the main series, GTA 4 Liberty City.

In the Lost The Lost and Damned series, you can only own two Safehouses. First is the Lost MC Clubhouse which you can use from the start, and Brian Jeremy's Safehouse which is unlocked after the Bad Standing mission.

Finally, The Ballad of Gay Tony, you can only own one Safehouse, Luis' Apartment.
