The easiest way to deal with players like this is to mute the chat. You can do it directly in the game without having to wait for the match to finish.
The method is easy, you just need to open the pointboard at the top (where you can see the team and enemy builds), then look for the chat bubble icon next to each hero player indicator.

Untuk mengaktifkan fitur ini, buka menu Setting (icon roda gigi pojok kanan atas), dan pilih tab Privasi. Di sana nantinya akan ada opsi “Hanya Chat dengan Teman” serta “Mode Privat”.
Pastikan toggle kedua fitur ini “Aktif”, dan nantinya pesan para player public yang tidak punya hubungan pertemanan denganmu tak akan bisa sembarang masuk ke dalam inbox!

First, open the Social menu (person icon with a plus logo). Input the name/ID of the player you want to blacklist. Once you have found the player, open his Profile Business Card.
Tap the advanced menu (stacked squares icon) at the bottom left of the Profile Business Card to open a pop-up tab. Finally, select the blacklist option (person and blacklist icon).
