Hilichurl Genshin Impact
Hilichurl is an enemy included in the Normal Enemy in the Open World RPG game, Genshin Impact.
This enemy has a physique like a European mythological creature, namely a Goblin with a short stature and wearing a mask that has thick hair like a lion.
In the game description in the Archive section, he is described as a primitive humanoid monster scattered throughout Teyvat.
The Teyvat people try to communicate with entities that speak a separate language called the Hilichurlean language.
Even so, some researchers like Ella Musk are still trying to research their lives and even learn to communicate in their language.
The community's efforts were finally abandoned because in the end there were difficulties in communicating with this monster.

Lore and History
Hilichurl is known to have a wide variety of types or variations. These monsters are divided into 2 types, those that can use elemental powers and those that can't.
Generally these monsters attack in primitive ways such as throwing stones, using wooden sticks, using arrows, and or throwing Pyro Slime.
However, there are also variations of entities that can absorb the excess elemental energy present in nature and wield elemental powers such as Geo Lawachurl or Anemo Samachurl.
According to history, a Hilichurl who can wield elemental powers will become a Samachurl.
When able to adapt to the environment, he will grow big and become strong so that he transforms into Metachurl.
This metachurl will later get stronger until it evolves into Lawachurl.
If you have completed the Archon Quest – Caribert, it is known that Hilichurl actually comes from an ordinary human.
He is a member of Khaen'riah who is under the curse. During the Cataclysm that occurred 500 years ago, the people of Khaen'riah were considered sinners by the Heavenly Principle and were condemned as a form of penance.
Khaen'riah people who have pure blood (Khaen'riah natives) such as nobles or high-ranking officials will be given the punishment of immortality.
Meanwhile, people with mixed blood (eg marrying someone from another region) will be cursed to become Hilichurl.
It is not yet known what sins the Khaen'riah people have committed to make them Heavenly Principles angry.
Another unique Lore is when Hilichurl is on the verge of death, they will look for a dark place like The Chasm.
In Archon Quest – Requeim of The Echoing Depths it is explained that Hilichurl will feel pain when he is about to die from the curse.
They will seek a dark place for their final resting place because the pain of the curse will be less if it is in a dark place.

Material Types and Drops
Hilichurl variations themselves are broadly divided into: Hilichurl, Samachurl, Metachurl, and Lawachurl. In update 3.6, a new type of Hilichurl was added, namely Hilichurl Rogue.
He is divided into a number of variations of weapons used such as Shooter Shield, Fighter, or Berserker.
Besides that, there is also Unusual Hilichurl or Hilichurl Wei. This type is a form of personification of the CEO of miHoYo (HoYoVerse), namely Da Wei.
Hilichurl Wei will not attack unless you attack first and will only drop Cabbage and Mora.
Each variation of this monster will provide a different material drop and not necessarily the same as one another.
When you are going to farm materials for characters or weapons, you have to pay attention to the type of Hilichurl which will give you the materials you need.

Farming Route
The route for farming Hilichurl is actually the easiest compared to other enemies. For regular Hilichurl (Shooter, Shield, and other types), you can find them in all Teyvat regions including Enkanomiya and Tsurumi Island.
He will live in a tribe like the Moon Tribe in Dadaupa Gorge, Monstadt. Besides that, coexist with Lawachurl, Metachurl, even Samachurl Abyss Mage.
If you are looking for Lawachurl, you can search in regions other than Mondstadt. Meanwhile, Hilichurl Rogue can only be found in Girdle of the Sands, a desert area that just opened in update 3.6.
