New Hero Norlan: Space and Dimension Splitting Assassin

Recently Mobile Legends released the teaser Norlan and Hero spotlight Norlan, the teaser shows Norlan and his daughter, Layla. his life was like new again, lit by new stars.

He had found the starting point of his adventure. From that moment on, the entire universe had meaning; each star provides a new goal.

On September 30 2023 (server time) there was a scientist who explored the multiverse who could split space and dimensions, who else if not Norlan. The predicted hero will enter meta because it has high potential. Norlan is very agile because he has a short cooldown of only one second at his max skill level.

This hero is a hero with a role assassins Norlan's gameplay is quite simple, you don't need to be too fast hand, the important thing is to use your skills on point, Norlan also doesn't use mana but instead uses energy.

Same as Fanny, Norlan really needs a blue buff so that his regeneration energy can be filled quickly.

Norlan's Hero Skills

Passive – Dimensional Rift

• Nolan can split space and leave cracks in the ground for 5 seconds, causing enemies to be slowed by 30% if they touch them. When it comes into contact with another crack, the crack will explode and deal 150 Physical Damage (+120% Total Physical Attack) and pull the opponent into it. Nolan gets 15 additional energy every time he hits an enemy hero or minion when the rift explodes.
• Nolan strengthens his Basic Attack every 6 seconds running towards the target, dealing Physical Damage of (+120% Total Physical Attack) and leaving cracks.

Skill 1 – Expansion

• Nolan makes a cut in front of him which deals Physical Damage of “480 (at max lvl)” (+40% Total Physical Attack) and leaves a crack.
• Cooldown 1 second.
• Energy Cost: 25

Skill 2 – Gauge

• Nolan moves towards the target simultaneously, dealing Physical Damage of “220 (at max lvl)” (+30% Total Physical Attack) and leaving cracks.
• Cooldown 1 second.
• Energy Cost: 25

Ultimate – Fracture

• Nolan attacks the opponent in front of him and deals Physical Damage of "210 (at max lvl)" (+15% Total Physical Attack) three times and leaves three cracks, after which Nolan will retreat from the 3 cracks. Meanwhile Norlan will remove all debuffs or negative effects that exist on him.
• Cooldown 18 seconds.
• Energy Cost: 0

Energy

As mentioned at the beginning, Norlan uses energy, Norlan has divided energy, the way this energy works is that when Norlan uses skill one or skill two, Norlan will lose one part of the energy or lose 25 of his energy points.

You can save this energy by utilizing his passive which gets 15 additional energy every time he hits an enemy hero or minion when the crack explodes. This is different from the ultimate which doesn't consume any energy at all.

Will Norlan Enter Meta?

If we look at the explanation of Norlan's skills, they have a short cooldown of only one second, therefore Norlan can spam skill one and skill two continuously. Because of its short cooldown, Norlan can enter and exit war easily.

The ultimate is also relatively short because the ultimate only lasts 16 seconds and the ultimate can be used to escape from locked heroes such as Saber, Chou, Franco and others, plus this ultimate can remove all debuffs, such as Battle Spell Purify.

It is very suitable to be spelled as jungler because of his wasteful use of energy he needs a blue buff to maximize his skills.

For the type of retribution, you can use Ice Retribution to slow down enemy movements when the enemy approaches or can be used to chase fleeing enemies.

His farming is also relatively fast because he can spam skills one and two quickly plus if you combine the cracks you can get another 15 additional energy.
