He started his career as a manga artist in 2006 and his first manga series was Attack on Titan, which was made from 2009 to 2021, which became the best-selling manga of all time, reaching sales of 100 million copies as of December 2019.

Bad Boy: New Sequel to Attack on Titan

A tweets which was uploaded on October 30 2023 via the Twitter account @AttackOnFans stated that Hajime Isayama is working on his newest manga from the Attack on Titan – FLY series entitled "Bad Boy" which contains 18 pages for Volume 35.

Apart from that, the tweet also states that Attack on Titan will be released simultaneously with the Art Book in 2024.

Many assume that this Manga is the final sequel to Attack on Titan. However, there are also those who say that this Manga is not a sequel to Attack on Titan, namely the new Manga entitled "Bad Boy".

The tweet also says that "It's a new story about Levi's childhood" meaning that it is possible that this manga will tell about Levi Ackerman's childhood.

Although previously the OVA (Original Video Animation) told the story of Scout activities which showed several moments of strength as well as several tragic experiences experienced by Levi Ackerman there.
