Google Stadia, Play 4K Games Without Lag

Google Stadia
Google Stadia finally available. Google Stadia is Google's new service. In theory, Stadia has enormous potential in the global gaming industry. Google Stadia is an entirely new game streaming service. This is definitely exciting news for gamers around the world. Then what games are there?

Know Google Stadia

For those who haven't heard, Stadia is Google's new streaming service for games. Through Stadia you are no longer playing on a PC or on a console, but directly on the screen of your choice. With this streaming service from Google, you can play games on your TV or smartphone, without the need for an expensive PlayStation or Xbox. For example playing the latest Assassin's Creed in a browser in 4K format with no less than 60 frames per second. All you need is a fast internet connection. According to Google, a speed of 35 to 40 Mbps is sufficient for a 4K display.
With Stadia, you play games through Google's servers.
The company has data centers around the world, stocked with the best hardware. If you want to play a game, you must connect to the server that contains the games. Then in essence you receive a live stream of the game of your choice, which can be played like any other game.
Stadia is more powerful than current game consoles. You can play games at 4K resolution on your TV, at 60 frames per second. The delay is minimal, which means you can play the game at the highest possible picture quality. You do need a stable internet connection for that as mentioned above. Even if you're a gamer with multiple consoles hooked up to your television, Stadia has something to offer. With this new streaming service, you can always enjoy your favorite games. Since you're playing completely online, you can jump into a game in seconds.
No more obstacles at all. The streaming service will work on any device that supports YouTube. You play through tabs in Chrome on your laptop or desktop computer. Or you're using the Stadia app on your smartphone or tablet, but it only works on a select number of devices.
Devices that support Google Stadia are : Pixel 2 (XL), Pixel 3 (XL), Pixel 3a (XL), Pixel 4 (XL), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Plus), Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Samsung Galaxy S9 (Plus), Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Samsung Galaxy S10 (Plus), Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (Plus), Samsung Galaxy S20 (Plus/Ultra), Asus ROG Phone, Asus ROG Phone 2, Razer Phone, and Razer Phone II. While the highest image quality is currently only up to 4K, Google plans to upgrade it to 8K and 120 frames per second will be possible. Not yet known when Google will release this support.

Available Games Games

Google Stadia provides a variety of games to play. Games currently available include: Destiny 2, Mortal Kombat 11 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Others include Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Doom, Metro Exodus and Borderlands 3. Google also promises that more than 120 games will be available in 2020.

Play with the Controllers

If you play games on a PC, you use your own mouse and keyboard. However, if you want to play games on your TV, use the dedicated Stadia controller and Chromecast. The Stadia controller from Google sells for IDR 980 thousand. The controller connects directly to Google servers via your home WiFi network, so you can play with minimal lag. If you use Stadia on a smartphone or laptop, you can also connect other controllers to your device. For example the PlayStation DualShock from Sony.
You also need a stable internet as mentioned above. The recommended minimum speed is 10 Mbps.
But if you want to play in 4K resolution, you need at least 35 Mbps. That makes a significant cost difference, as consoles and of course gaming PCs are quite expensive. This also makes Stadia appealing to gamers on a budget.

No Updates and Play Immediately

Updating games is also no longer necessary with Stadia. One push of a button and you get started right away. For example, YouTube gives you the option to play the game you are watching the video for at the time. In the new window you can play the game you just watched. You even play the same level as in the video if you want. Like Netflix, Spotify and other streaming services, you don't need physical media to access your games.
Fire up Stadia and you can start playing right away without waiting for a download. You can stream games for free through Google Stadia, but you have to buy the game once. You can stream games in a maximum resolution of 1080p and the sound is in stereo.
As a Google Stadia Pro member, you pay 10 euros per month. This allows you to play games in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. The soundtrack is the 5.1 variant, so you can enjoy all the in-game action even better. As a paying member, you get free access to the games. Usually two games are offered each month that can be claimed. After a month ended, games can no longer be claimed for free.
