List of Spiderman Games
Below are some spiderman gems that you can play in 2022.
Spiderman 2: Enter Electro
The game Spiderman 2: Enter Electro is perhaps best remembered for the delays it suffered, as developer Vicarious Visions pushed back the release to modify the game's final World Trade Center level to be replaced with a generic skyscraper after the September 11 attacks.
But Enter Electro deserves to be remembered for much more than that, especially for the way it introduced ground level; in its predecessor, Spider-Man would be shrouded in a strange yellow mist if he swung too low under the New York skyline, such was the time limit.
Still, Enter Electro is a great PlayStation exclusive that has solid combat and a wide selection of baddies to take on.
Ultimate Spider-Man
The cel-shaded suit that appears in Marvel's Spider-Man from Insomniac is cool, but did you know you could play the entire game like that?
Often overlooked, as its release date falls in the year the Xbox 360 was launched and less than 12 months after Spider-Man 2 took everyone by surprise, but it is truly one of the best Spiderman games of all time.
Treyarch did a fantastic job of bringing a younger Peter Parker to life, and an even better job of giving a phenomenal looking cell-shaded world.
The boss fights hold him back from true greatness, but Ultimate Spider-Man does a fantastic job capturing the comic book vibe and style it takes on.
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
If you're a fan of Into the Spiderverse, you might want to check out Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. Released in 2010, developer Beenox made the controversial decision to create a more linear adventure, leaving open world and, later, web swinging.
This means Shattered Dimensions can step out of the long shadow of Spider-Man 2 and take a more focused approach, putting control over four different Spider-Man voiced by four amazing actors: Amazing Spider-Man (Neil Patrick Harris) , Spider-Man Man Noir (Christopher Daniel Barnes), Spider-Man 2099 (Dan Gilvezan), and Ultimate Spider-Man (Josh Keaton).
The pace and style of play shift to further emphasize each hero's special strengths; it's just a really good time.
Spider-Man 2
This game may seem a little dated by today's standards, but Spider-Man 2 was once the pinnacle of licensed gaming. This 2004 classic finds web-swinging in what was, at the time, a pretty revolutionary open world.
If you go back to it now, there's still a lot to like, there's charm to the presentation and structure, the boss fights are amazing, and a real joy in the feeling of movement and momentum they convey.
Spider-Man 2 is so good that it will be over a decade before another video game developer can erase the high benchmark Treyarch set.

Marvel's Spider-Man
When Insomniac started making modern Spider-Man games, it was a burden Spider-Man 2 is on his shoulder. The 2004 release was the best of the old era of licensed gaming, and few believed that the Ratchet and Clank studio would be able to topple it and then we played it, and realized we hadn't seen anything.
Swinging around this digital recreation of New York City is exhilarating, enthralling and utterly enchanting. This is the version of the Spiderman game that you read about in the pages of comic books, about which the films somewhat liven up, only now you are in full control of the misadventures of Peter Parker.
