This September FF received an update, namely the Gloo Nova Patch which provides various changes, such as buffs and nerfs for weapons and characters.

FF Update September 2024

In this September edition of the Free Fire update, there are several adjustments to weapons and characters in Free Fire.

You need to be aware of these changes, because they will affect the way you play later while the Gloo Nova patch is running.

Weapon Buffs and Nerfs

Here are a few weapon affected by adjustments in the latest patch:

List of Buffed Weapons

• AK-47: Accuracy increased by 5%, Armor Penetration increased by 10% and Headshot Damage increased by 10%.
• VECTOR – DOUBLE VECTOR: Reload speed increased by 15%.
• CHARGE BUSTER: Charge speed increased by 12%, damage increased by 5%.
• M249-M249X: Additional damage to Gloo Wall increased by 10%.

List of Nerfed Weapons

• WOODPECKER: Damage reduced by 5%.
• TROGON: Grenade launcher ammo reduced from 4 to 2.
• XM8: Damage reduced by 5%.

Adjusted Weapons List (Buff & Nerf Together)

• M4A1: Damage increased by 6%, consecutive shot damage bonus reduced by 8%.
• AC80: Damage increased by 10%, consecutive shot damage bonus reduced by 20%, extra damage to shield increased by 20%.
• SVD-Y: Extra damage to gloo walls removed, gloo wall penetration damage increased by 5%.
• M60: M60-I damage increased by 5%, M60-II damage increased by 10%, M60-III damage increased by 15%.
• M24: Extra damage to gloo walls removed, gloo wall penetration damage increased by 20%.
• AUG: AUG I-AUG II damage increased by 3%, armor penetration reduced by 5%, AUG-III armor penetration reduced by 5%.

Character Buffs and Nerfs

Here are some of the characters that were adjusted in the latest patch:

• KSHMR/K: Jiu-Jitsu Mode, skill area increased from 6m to 15m. Recovery mode, 3 EP recovery accelerated from 2 seconds to 1 second.
• ORION: Movement speed reduced from 20% to 10%.
• D-BEE: Increased movement speed from 30% to 50%.
• ANTONIO: Shield recovery reduced from 10 shields to 5 shields per second.

New Tools in Gloo Nova Patch

Here are some new tools that you can experience in the Gloo Nova patch:

• WRECKING GADGET: (Gives) additional damage to gloo walls and additional explosion effect.
• LAVISH GADGET: (When) removing the gloo wall you will get interesting loot.
• DEFENDER GADGET: (Will) automatically release a gloo wall when knocked.
• SCANNER GADGET: (Helps) scan enemies around the Gloo Wall automatically.
