Kit Xianyun's Explanation: Talent, Passiveness, and Counseling

Genshin Impact just arrived a new character named Xianyun. And in this article we will discuss the Xianyun kit.

This Xianyun has appeared several times when we were running quests. Just like Jean, Xianyun can also provide healing for the entire party.

However, Xianyun is a complete package for support and is predicted to be support for characters who play plunge attack.

Normal Attack: Word of Wind and Flower

The following is Xianyun's basic attack:

Normal Attack

Launches up to 4 whirlwind attacks that deal Anemo DMG.

Charged Attack

Consumes Stamina, launches Breeze Bolt in a straight line dealing Anemo DMG along the path.

Plunging Attack

Crashes to the ground and causes area Anemo DMG when landing.

Elemental Skill: White Clouds at Dawn

Xianyun enters Cloud Transmogrification state, will not receive damage when falling, and will launch Skyladder once.

During Cloud Transmogrification status, Xianyun's Plunging Attack will be converted into Driftcloud Wave, which causes AoE Anemo Damage, and will end Cloud Transmogrification status. This damage is in the form of a Plunging Attack.

Every time you launch a Skyladder, it will increase the DMG and effect of the next Driftcloud Wave attack.

Skyladder

Can be used in the air, Xianyun jumps forward, dealing Anemo Damage. Can only launch a maximum of 3 Skyladders in this mode, and cause one Skyladder Damage to the same enemy.

If Skyladder is not launched, the Cloud Transmogrification status will be canceled and the elemental skill cooldown will be reduced by 3 seconds.

Elemental Burst: Stars Gather at Dusk

Summons a holy wind that causes Anemo Damage while restoring the HP of all nearby party characters based on Xianyun's attack, and summons Starwicker.

Starwicker

• follows the active Character and continuously recovers the HP of all nearby party Characters, recovery is based on Xianyun's attack;
• Has 8 stacks of Adeptal Assistance. When you have Adeptal Assistance, it will increase the jump height of the active character in certain areas.
• When the on-file character finishes the Plunging Attack, Starwicker will consume one layer of Adeptal Assistance and cause Anemo Damage Area.

Passive Skills

Crane Form

Increases the glide speed of characters in your own party by 15%. This effect cannot be stacked.

Galefeather Pursuit

Every enemy hit by the Driftcloud Wave from the elemental skill will produce one stack of Storm Pinion effects on all characters which lasts for 20 seconds, can be stacked in up to 4 layers. This effect causes the character's CRIT Rate Plunging Attack to increase by 4%/6%/8%/10%.

The duration of the Storm Pinion generated when it hits an enemy will be calculated separately.

Consider, the Adeptus in Her Realm

When the Starwicker created by Stars Gather at Dusk has Adeptal Assistance, the Plunging Attack damage of nearby active characters is increased by 200% attack Xianyun. The maximum number of active character Plunging Attack increases that can be obtained in this way is 9,000 points.

In one Plunging Attack, only one enemy can receive the Consider effect, the Adeptus in Her Realm. Can be every 0.4 seconds for each character.

C1 (Purifying Wind)

White Clouds at Dawn can be used one more time.

C2 (Aloof From the World)

After using Skyladder from White Clouds at Dawn, Xianyun's attack increases by 20% for 15 seconds.

“Consider, the Adeptus in Her Realm” will get an upgrade: When the Starwicker created by the elemental buirst has a layer of Adeptal Assistance. Active character's Plunging Attack damage increases by 400% Xianyun's attack. The amount of increase a Character's Plunging Attack obtains in this way is a maximum of 18,000 points.

In one Plunging Attack, only one enemy can receive the Consider effect, the Adeptus in Her Realm triggers every 0.4 seconds for each Character.

C3 (Creations of Star and Moon)

• Increases 3 levels of Stars Gather at Dusk.
• Maximum: level. 15.

C4 (Mystery Millet Gourmet)

After Cloud Transmogrification from the Elemental skill launches Skyladder 1/2/3 times, when the Driftcloud Wave launched in Cloud Transmogrification this time hits the enemy, it will restore the HP of all characters in the party by 50%/80%/150% attack Xianyun. This effect can be active every 5 seconds.

C5 (Astride Beauty)

• Increases 3 levels of White Clouds at Dawn.
• Maximum: level. 15.

C6 (Cloudkeeper's Spirit)

After Xianyun used 1/2/3 Skyladder in one Cloud Transmogrification from White Clouds at Dawn, Driftcloud Wave's CRIT Damage during Cloud Transmogrification this time increased by 15%/35%/70%.

Within 16 seconds after Xianyun casts Stars Elemental Burst, her elemental skills will not enter cooldown. This effect will be removed after Xianyun casts White Clouds at Dawn 8 times.
