Navia Kit Explanation: Talent, Passive, and Counseling

Genshin Impact In Patch 4.3, we have the arrival of a beautiful character named Navia. To understand this character well, you have to know about Kit Navia.

Navia is a DPS with Geo elements. Of course, many people compare it to the five-star Geo DPS character, Itto. However, the appearance of Navia gives us new gameplay that is fresher and of course different from the previous characters.

Normal Attack: Blunt Refusal

Normal Attack:

• Performs 4 attacks in a row.

Charged Attack:

Drain Stamina to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the round you will make a stronger slash.

Plunging Attack:

Launches from the air to hit the ground below, dealing damage to enemies along its path and dealing AoE DMG on impact.

Elemental skills

Ceremonial Crystalshot

When a character in the party obtains an Elemental Shard created from the Crystallize reaction, Navia will gain 1 charge of Crystal Shrapnel.

Navia can hold up to 6 Crystal Shrapnel loads at once. Every time the acquisition of Crystal Shards is triggered, the duration of recharging the Crystal Shards you already have will be reset.

When firing, Navia will consume the entire charge of Crystal Shards and unlock her elegant but deadly Gunbrella. Fires several Rosula Shardshots that can penetrate enemies, dealing Geo DMG to enemies hit.

When 0/1/2/3 or more charges of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed, 5/7/9/11 Rosula Shardshot each will be fired.

The more Rosula Shardshots that hit an opponent, the more DMG they deal. When 11 Rosula Shardshots attack, an initial 200% DMG will be dealt.

Additionally, when more than 3 charges of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed, each charge consumed beyond these 3 charges will increase the damage caused by this Gunbrella shot by an additional 15%.

Stand

Enter shooting mode, and just like when the skill is Tap you can collect Elemental Shards produced by the Crystallize reaction.

Arkhe: Ousia

Periodically, when Navia fires her Gunbrella, Surging Blade will be summoned, generating Ousia-aligned which deals Geo DMG.

Elemental Bursts

As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute

On the orders of President Spina di Rosula, exclaim the majestic Rosula Dorata Salute. Unleashes a massive cannon bombardment at the opponent in front of him, dealing AoE Geo DMG towards the opponent and providing Cannon Fire Support for a certain period of time afterward at regular intervals.

When a cannon attack hits an opponent, Navia will get 1 charge of Crystal Shrapnel. This effect can be triggered up to once every 2.4 seconds.

Undisclosed Distribution Channels

For 4 seconds after using Ceremonial Crystalshot, DMG caused by Navia's Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks will be converted into Geo DMG which cannot be stacked with other Elemental infusions, and DMG caused by Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks Navia will be upgraded by 40%.

Mutual Assistance Network

For each group member with the Pyro/Electro/Cryo/Hydro element, Navia gets an ATK increase of 20%. This effect can be stacked up to 2 times.

Constellations

C1 “A Lady's Rules for Keeping a Courteous Distance”

Each charge of Crystal Shards consumed when Navia uses Ceremonial Crystalshot will restore 3 of her Energy and reduce CDs such as the song Salute the Bright Sky by 1 second.

This way, you can gain up to 9 Energy, and the CD of “As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute” can be reduced to 3 seconds.

C2 “The President's Pursuit of Victory”

Each charge of Crystal Shrapnel consumed will increase the CRIT Rate of Ceremonial Crystalshot by 12%. CRIT Rate can be increased up to 36% this way.

Additionally, when the Ceremonial Crystalshot hits an opponent, one Support Fire Cannon will be fired while Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute will be heard near the hit location.

Up to one Cannon Fire Support attack can be triggered each time Ceremonial Crystalshot is used, and the DMG dealt by the Cannon Fire Support in this way is considered Elemental Burst DMG.

C3 “Businesswoman's Broad Vision”

• Increases Ceremonial Crystalshot Level by 3.
• The maximum upgrade level is 15.

C4 “The Oathsworn Never Capitulate”

When Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute hits an opponent, the opponent will receive a Geo RES reduction of 20% for 8 seconds.

C5 “Negotiator's Resolute Negotiations”

• Increased Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute by 3.
• The maximum upgrade level is 15.

C6 “The Flexible Finesse of Spina's President”

If more than 3 charges of Crystal Shards are consumed when using the Ceremonial Crystalshot, each charge consumed beyond the first 3 charges will increase the Ceremonial Crystalshot's CRIT DMG by 45%, and any charges consumed beyond the first 3 charges will be returned to Navia.
