You must be wondering whether Wriothesley is a character that must be pulled or not Genshin Impact?

This article is suitable for those of you who are confused about whether to pull Wriothesley or Vrnti in phase 2 of patch 4.1 later. As an illustration here is the Wriothesley kit. In the 4.1 livestream we can see a little footage of Wriothesley's gameplay.

Wriothesley's gameplay is quite easy because his gameplay is like Heizo, many even call him Cyro Heizo. Wriothesley really relies on his passive which raises and lowers his HP because from this passive Wriothesley will get a buff to his normal or charged ATK.

Icefang Rush

Adjusting his breathing, rhythm and speed, Wriothesley dashed forward a short distance, entered Chilling Penalty state and launched an attack that was more powerful than before.

Chilling Penalty

Increased Wriothesley's interrupt resistance.

When its HP is above 50%, it will increase Repelling Fists or Normal ATK: Powerful Frost Fist and increase its DMG. When the attack occurs, it will drain Wriothesley's HP a fixed amount. HP can be lost this way every 0.1 seconds. This effect can be canceled if Wriothesley leaves the battle.

Elemental Bursts

Darkgold Wolfbite

Activating his boxing gloves, Wriothesley attacks with a cold straight punch, then uses Icicle Impact to cause several AoE Cryo DMG attacks in the front area.

Arkhe: Ousia

After Icicle Impact ends, Surging Blade will descend on the opponent's position, causing Ousia parallel Cryo DMG.

The Duke's Grace

When Wriothesley creates Weapon Ascension Materials, he has a 10% chance of receiving twice the product.

There Shall Be a Plea for Justice

When Wriothesley's HP is less than 60%, he will obtain Gracious Rebuke. The next ATK charge from his Normal ATK: Forceful Fists of Frost will be increased to Rebuke: Vaulting Fist. It will not consume Stamina, will deal 50% increased DMG, and upon hitting will restore Wriothesley's HP equal to 30% of his Max HP.

You can get Gracious Rebuke this way every 5 seconds.

There Shall Be a Reckoning for Sin

When Wriothesley's HP increases or decreases, if he is in the Chilling Penalty condition given by Icefang Rush, the Chilling Penalty will get one stack of Prosecution Edict. Max 5 stacks. Each stack will increase Wriothesley's ATK by 6%.

Additionally, Rebuke: Vaulting Fist will gain the following improvements:
