Capcom is finally back with good news, where they will soon release the newest series in this franchise, entitled Monster Hunter Wilds.

This announcement was first made by Capcom through a press release on December 8, 2023 on the website official they.

In the press release, Capcom also announced that this game is scheduled for release in 2025.

Even though there is minimal information about the gameplay of the latest Monster Hunter series, Capcom has provided several leaks through a 1:30 trailer on their YouTube.

Through the trailer, players known as Hunters will now have a companion that is similar to a raptor.

The companion has the same function as the Palamute with the added ability to glide and traverse rocky terrain.

The environment around the player also has several interesting modifications, one of which is the weather conditions.

Now, lightning sandstorms can trigger powerful electrical strikes. This electric strike can hit monsters around the players and give new effects.

The trailer also shows a tense scene where players are being chased by a group of giant monsters in one area.

The details of the smaller monsters being thrown away when they were forced through by the giant monsters added to the even more exciting atmosphere.

Chances are, you can face more monsters than before at one time.

Apart from that, what is highlighted is the world in the game which looks wider than the previous Monster Hunter series.
