Noob Saibot is the strongest assassin of Lin Kuei who originally had the name Bi-Han. He is the older brother of Kuai Liang, Sub Zero the second to be promoted after his death.
In the first Mortal Kombat game, Bi-Han engages in a brutal fight against Hanzo Hasashi (Scorpion) and manages to kill him.
Hanzo was then thrown into the Nether Realm which then resulted in him being resurrected as a vengeful spirit by Quan Chi. As Scorpion, he then managed to kill Bi-Han.
Bi-Han was later resurrected by Quan Chi as Noob Saibot. This made the two of them one of Quan Chi's strongest weapons.
Even though Scorpion finally managed to free himself from Quan Chi's influence, Bi-Han was still his follower. He lost feelings of compassion and empathy and ended up becoming an even more evil monster.
Noob Saibot's Abilities

As Sub Zero, Bi-Han mastered the ice element much more powerfully than his younger brother. He can freeze opponents instantly just by touching them.
Opponents who are touched will be frozen to the point where Bi-Han can easily destroy them. He can also manipulate the air to freeze and explode them.
Having earned the title of the strongest Lin Kuei assassin, this character has strength, speed, and toughness above the average human.
Bi-Han is so strong that he can pull out the spine of his opponent and tear their body in two.
After transforming into Noob Saibot, his powers revolve around shadows. He can use his shadow powers to teleport, become invisible, and control their effectiveness.
Noob also has Phantom Power which allows him to remove and control other fighters' powers with projectile attacks.
This attack will lift the enemy into the air with his doppelganger (Dubbed Saibot) and possess the opponent's body.
In addition, Noob is an expert in using Shuriken, which seems to be an infinite number. In the Mortal Kombat: Armageddon series, he has a hammer-like weapon.
