Himeno is an anime character Chainsaw Man and is a member of the Public Safety Devil Hunter who is under supervision Makima.

Like his colleagues in Public Safety Devil Hunter, Himeno is often seen wearing a uniform with a black tie.
Himeno shows a mature and very experienced attitude towards new people working under her. He is also a calm person in the face of tense situations.

This was not because he was suffering from a certain disease, but rather a sign of a pact with the Ghost Devil.
By permanently sacrificing her right eye, Himeno can use the power of the Ghost Devil.
He can summon a Ghost Devil and control the Ghost Devil's right arm as he wishes.
Despite being invisible and having no physical form, the Ghost Devil's arms were strong enough to cause serious damage to the Eternity Devil's flesh.
When fighting Akane Sawatari, Himeno swapped her entire body to summon a Ghost Devil and ordered it to attack Akane.
