Costumes seem to be reserved for the in-game shop; the only way to unlock it is by making a premium purchase.

There is also a new stage that players can try, inspired by the Green Hill Zone. Speaking of costumes, Fall Guys players can access costumes inspired by characters such as Sonic, Super Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Dr. Robotnik.
