This sudden loss of progress and items is apparently not an official Wipe from the game development team. The main cause is apparently a bugs.

Some players reported that the items in their storage reverted back to the base items as when the Wipe process occurred.

In addition to removing items and player progress, this bug also causes some people to get an error notification in the form of "Profile is Null" which causes them to be unable to access the game.

Oddly enough, even though everything is back to the initial settings, the players' mission progress continues as usual.

Due to this surprise attack, many people then asked for clarification from the game developer on various social media including X.

This is because the game reset process is scheduled to occur the next day, namely August 8, 2024.
