Buster Sword

The Buster Sword is the default weapon that players will immediately get as soon as they open the save menu.

Buster Sword has an ability called "Focused Thrust", where Cloud attacks the opponent by stabbing them several times and making them stagger.

Crystal Sword

Cloud's next signature weapon is the Crystal Sword. This sword is described as a large, finely sharpened sword made from a giant gemstone.

The unique ability of the Crystal Sword is "Infinity's End", where Cloud will move around and attack the opponent from above.

You can get this weapon when you reach Chapter 9 of the main story, namely "The Shadows Beckon" on floor B2 of the Gongaga Reactor.

Sleek Saber

The unique ability of this sword is called "Firebolt Blade", where fire and lightning will appear on the Sleek Saber when Cloud cuts its target.

Just like before, you can also get this weapon by opening the Treasure Chest with a green light in the Abandoned Dock, Grasslands in the 2nd Chapter.

Rune Blade

Rune Blade is a weapon in the form of a giant sword that has characters written from an ancient, mystical script.

The unique ability of this weapon is "Disorder" which allows Cloud to deliver powerful attacks when switching battle modes.

You can get the Rune Blade by visiting the Starboard Connecting Passage in Junon in the 4th Chapter, namely Hue and Cry.

Once there, look for a Treasure Chest with a purple light near the Rest Stop Vending Machine.

Umbral Blade

Cloud's next weapon is the Umbral Blade, a mysterious sword forged from gems with an eerie glow.

Umbral Blade has the unique ability “Prime Mode” which can strengthen Punisher Mode and increase Cloud's Berserk potential.

You can get this weapon by opening a wooden Treasure Chest in front of the door to Solemnitude Manor, The Dustbowl in Chapter 8 "Meeting Your Mount".

Igneous Saber

When entering Chapter 11 "To the Reactor", you can find this weapon in the purple glowing Treasure Chest on the east wall of Northern Ridge – Upper Level, Mount Nibel.

The Igneous Saber is a large, curved sword made from hardened volcanic magma.

The unique ability of this weapon "Blade Burst" can release a wave of non-elemental mako energy at the opponent with one sword slash.

Slipstream Saber

Cloud's final weapon in the FF7 Rebirth game is the Slipstream Saber, a giant sword whose power has increased drastically due to the mako flow on the blade.

You can get the location of the Treasure Chest containing the Slipstream Saber after entering Chapter 13, namely "Into the Labyrinth".

You can find the Treasure Chest on a stone platform just below the climbable plant patch in the Corridor of Trepidation in the Temple of the Ancients.
