Dota 2 steam deck is one of all video games the best in Valve's lineup, with groups struggling to take over one another's ancient management. 

There are more than 100 heroes to choose from, each with their own talents and skills. Until now, Dota 2 was only available on PC and Mac. Steam Deck is his first transfer into the world of console gaming.

Despite being made by Valve, the Dota 2 steam deck has a few minor issues and will only get a Playable score in place of the Verified score on the compatibility page.

Most of the points are based largely on gameplay meant for mouse and keyboard play, which can battle the console's controller structure.

When checking Steam Deck compatibility, Dota 2 shows three error messages. The first read: “This game occasionally displays a mouse, keyboard, or non-Steam-Deck controller icon.”

There was also a message claiming: “Entering some text requires manual use of the on-screen keyboard.” And another that claimed: "Some in-game text is small and can be hard to read."

On the plus side, the web page also says that “All functions are accessible when using the default controller configuration, and that “this game's default graphics configuration works fine in Steam Decks.”

So, can you play DOTA 2 steam deck in 2022?

Moving PC games to consoles or vice versa isn't easy, and it's no surprise that there are some points with Dota 2.

However, the game continues to be playable despite its small text content, although some gamers may find it. hard to adjust to the analog stick after playing with the mouse.

Playing Dota 2 on the Steam Deck might not be a practical option due to the small screen. Even with a mouse and keyboard attached to the Steam Deck, the 7” screen doesn't provide adequate viewing.

Players may not be able to understand what's going on in the game, especially, when a chaotic team fight might start.

However it can provide a very different experience for the players. The Steam Deck can be a very useful tool for coaches in a professional team environment.

By using it, they can immediately watch the replay on the Steam Deck after the match and analyze it.

It will be interesting to see if the pros incorporate the use of the Steam Deck into their games. Until then, we know for sure that the game will actually run on Valve's Steam Deck.
