How to Confirm Orders on VCGamers Marketplace?

Hello Sellers! Now, we want to inform you about how to process/confirm orders at VCGamers Marketplace this is correct.

How to Confirm Orders on VCGamers Marketplace

1. Go to My Store Page

before you enter the page “My Shop”, make sure you have logged in first, as usual you can go to the page “My Shop”, via the menus "Sale" or MyShop on the row of icons on the right side of the website on the desktop view, or click the three lines in the upper left corner on the mobile view.

2. Click Sales List

Click "Sales List", then click the new order that you haven't processed yet. Desktop and mobile displays on this page and after are more or less the same.

3. Click Send To Confirm Order

After the transaction details are open, you can immediately click "Send", or “Contact Buyer” if the information sent by the buyer is incomplete.

Or, you can also click "Cancel", if your product stock is running out or has a problem.

After click "Send", you will immediately receive pop-up messages, as in the image below.

Choose “Need Vouchers” if the product you want to send to buyers does require a voucher and enter the voucher code on the next page, then click "Send", or otherwise select "No need".

4. Inform the Buyer

After the product has been successfully delivered, you can confirm to the buyer that the product ordered has been sent.

Click “Contact Buyer” on the order details, and send your message, so that the buyer can immediately confirm the order was received and the sales funds will immediately go to store balance/VC Cash you.

Make sure the buyer doesn't click “complain”, if the buyer does that you need to complete the moderation process first before the sales funds can be forwarded to store balance/VC Cash you.

Your order status will also be updated to “Order Sent”, and will change again to “Order Completed” after the buyer confirms the order is received.

Congratulations, sales funds have been disbursed to store balance/VC Cash you! Don't forget, there is a discount of 1% or a minimum of IDR 1,000 for every successful transaction.
