There are 3 sets of artifacts recommended for Candace namely Noblesse Oblige, Emblem of Severed Fate, and Tenacity of the Millelith.

Noblesse Oblige 4 sets can make Candace's Elemental Burst even more optimal for giving damage rather than just giving support.
