Recently, in patch 4.0, we had 2 new artifacts, namely Golden Troupe and Marechaussee Hunter, which are predicted to be good for characters who play Charge ATK and can raise and lower the user's HP.
Of course, there are still not many users of these 4 Sets, because there are still very few characters who can raise and lower HP. It was only in patch 4.1 that we had a character who could raise and lower HP like Neuvillette, and Wrioteshley.
In Patch 4.1 Phase 1, we seem to be reminded again Hu Tao The ones who can raise and lower their cellphones are of course us as players Genshin Impact I'm curious whether Hu Tao can use 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter effectively because Hu Tao can use 2 sets and 4 sets.
Yesterday it was mentioned build Hu Tao can use 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter. In this article we will try Hu Tao's experiment using 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter, here is the explanation.

Marechaussee Hunter's Passive
Before experimenting, let's get to know more about this set, here are the passives of 2 sets and 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter.
- 2 sets Bonus: Normal and Charged Attack DMG +15%.
- 4 sets of Bonuses: When HP increases or decreases, CRIT Rate will increase by 12% for 5 seconds. Max 3 stacks.

Stats When Using 4 Marechaussee Hunter Sets
We feel that this artifact is not good enough for hutao, especially in the sand section which is still dregs, but the Crit rate and Crit damage have been met. For this experiment Hu Tao we have the following statistics.
- Crit Rate: 35.7%
- Crit Damage: 259.5%
- HP: 28,418
- EM: 270
- Pyro damage: 79.6%
Hutao's Elemental Skills
If you look at Hu Tao's Elemental Skill, this artifact is indeed compatible with Hu Tao's Elemental Skill which can reduce Hu Tao's HP by turning it into additional ATK.
Here, if you use Elemental Skill, you will get an additional Crit Rate bonus of 12% or one stack for 5 seconds.
Meanwhile, Hutao's Elemental Skill lasts 9 seconds, and the reduction is not gradual but at the same time reduces a lot of HP so you can only get 1 Stack 12% Crit rate from 4 Marechaussee Hunter Sets.
Hu Tao's Elemental Skill also has a fairly long cooldown, namely around 16 seconds, meaning that if you rotate it again you will only get an additional Crit Rate of 12%.
If Hu Tao uses 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter Elemental Skill, his initial damage will increase beyond the potential of 4 sets of Crimson, but the damage from Charge ATK will decrease significantly. In contrast to the 4 Crimson Sets which consistently provide damage.

Elemental Bursts
If you don't know, Hu Tao's Elemental Burst will Order the fiery spirit to attack and cause Pyro DMG in a large area.
When hitting an enemy, it will restore HP based on the percentage of Hu Tao's Max HP. This effect can be triggered on 5 different enemies. If Hu Tao's HP is equal to or less than 50% when this skill hits the enemy, then DMG and HP recovery will increase.
Actually, because of this Elemental Burst, Hu Tao can take advantage of the additional 2 Stack Crit Rate from his passive Marechaussee Hunter.
So, you have to use an elemental skill first and then Elemental Burst, that way you will get an additional Crit Rate bonus of 24%, but you can't do this Burst every 1 rotation. Because generally Build Hutao doesn't really prioritize Energy Recharge.
If you force adding a large Energy Recharge to Hu Tao so you can take advantage of the 2 Stack Crit Rate, you will lose a lot of damage and Hu Tao will not be optimal. Because basically Hu Tao needs EM and HP more than ER, even though his Burst is very good.
This Elemental Burst certainly won't be as painful as if you use 4 Crimson, because the artifact focuses more on Normal and Charge ATK.
Team Comp
You can take advantage of the passive 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter by adding 1 Healer to your Comp Team so that your Hutao will get an additional Crit Rate bonus of 36%.
By bringing healer Hu Tao you will be in good health because his cellphone will be above 50%. Is this good for Hu Tao? Of course not, you will lose a lot of damage because basically Hu Tao's HP has to be below 50% to take advantage of Homa's passive and his passive character.
Here we are experimenting with using Benet as the Healer because Benet will not be able to fill your On Filed character's HP.
If you use Benet, try to keep Benet's HP as low as possible to avoid slow recovery so that it increases several times.
Benet is the best healer option because it can replace the Hutao cellphone which should be below 50%. Here we can see that 4 sets of Marechaussee Hunter can be used by Hu Tao optimally. In terms of damage, it is not much different from 4 Crimson Sets.

You can use 4 Marechaussee Hunter Sets, but you cannot use the passive 100% because it will not be optimal. There are many things you will sacrifice, especially Hu Tao's Elemental Skill because Hu Tao's Elemental Skill has a fairly long cooldown, namely around 16 seconds.
If you don't want to add a Healer and want to keep Hutao's HP below 50%, you just need to increase the Crit Rate to 45-50% for more optimal results.
However, you will lose a lot of additional damage which should make your Crit Damage higher, instead it will be transferred to the Circlet Crit Rate. Elemental Burst won't be as painful if you use 4 Crimson, because the artifact focuses more on Normal and Charge ATK.
