While Dynamic Punch is an excellent choice for its damage output, you should almost certainly take Submission as Machamp. After all, not only do you get an additional boost to Movement Speed, your next attack will throw and annihilate your opponent.
Additionally, your Critical Hit rate increases, making it a perfect match for your Cross Chop and Scope Lens items.
Level 9
Unite Move – Barrage Blow – Increases Movement Speed, Attack, and Defense (physical and special). On second activation: Unleashes a damaging combo attack and displaces nearby enemies. The final blow deals an enormous amount of damage.
When using Barrage Blow, Machamp can enjoy increased stats for a short time, perfect for getting into team fights. You can then enjoy boosting your stats in battle, before directing a barrage of punches at the enemy team.
