Honkai Star Rail's character abilities are divided into: Basic ATK, Technique, Skill, Talent, and Ultimate.

Basic ATK March 7th is Frigid Cold Arrow will deal Ice DMG calculated as a percentage of ATK March 7th. This ATK will deal damage to one enemy target.

Talent March 7th namely Girl Power will deal Ice DMG calculated from the ATK percentage of March 7th.

This talent is automatically triggered for 2 turns when a character who is given the Shield March 7th skill is damaged by an enemy. 

Technique March 7th namely Freezing Beauty will immediately attack the enemy when you hit the enemy's Weakness.

Relic Recommendations for Build March 7th Honkai Star Rail

Stats what you should prioritize for March 7th Honkai Star Rail is DEF. That's because March 7th will suit you as a shieldbot.

ATK and SPD stats can also be sub-stats that you prioritize for March 7th builds to optimize attack and shield strength.

The Relic Set in the Honkai Star Rail game is divided into 2 slots, namely: 

• Cavern Relic which can be obtained in the Cavern of Corrosion
• Planar Ornament which can be obtained from Simulated Universe

For Cavern Relic, the recommended set is Knight of Purity Palace. Using 2-PC will increase DEF 15% while using 4-PC will increase the max DMG that can be absorbed by more 20% shields.
