Misha is one of the 4-star Ice characters introduced in the update. Honkai Star Rail (HSR) version 2.0.

Misha is an Ice character 4 stars in Path of the Destruction most of the equipment is about using Ultimate to freeze enemies. This attack can increase damage based on the party's Skill Points.

Misha's Abilities in Honkai Star Rail

Here is an explanation of Misha's abilities in HSR:

• Basic Attack – Please.. Step Aside!: Deals 50% of Misha's ATK Ice DMG to one target enemy.
• Skill – Room.. Room Service!: Increases Hit Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 1 hit. Deals Ice DMG of 100% Misha ATK to one enemy target, and Ice DMG of 40% Misha ATK to adjacent targets.
• Ultimate – I.. I'm Late!: Has 3 Hits Per Action by default. First, uses 1 hit to deal 36% Ice DMG from Misha's ATK to one target enemy. Then, the remaining hits each deal 36% Ice DMG from Misha's ATK to one random enemy. Right before each attack lands, there is a base chance of 12% to freeze the target, which lasts for 1 turn. While frozen, the target enemy cannot do anything, and at the start of their turn, they take an additional 18% Ice DMG from Misha's ATK. This Ultimate can reach 10 Hits Per Action. After the Ultimate is used, its Hits Per Action will reset to its default level.
• Talent – Grappling Mechanism: Every time a team member spends 1 Skill Point, Misha's next Ultimate will grant 1 Hit Per Action again and Misha will regenerate 1 Energy.
• Technique – Wait! You are so Beautiful!: Creates a dimension that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies trapped in the dimension are Dream Prisoned and all their actions are stopped. When entering combat against an enemy affected by Dream Prison, increases the Hits Per Action for Misha's next Ultimate by 2 hits. Only 1 dimension can be created by the team at a time.

Passive

• Transmission: When dealing DMG to frozen enemies, increases CRIT DMG by 30%.
• Interlock: When using Ultimate, increases Effect Hit Rate by 60%, lasting until the end of the current Ultimate action.
• Release: Before the first Ultimate attack lands, increases the base chance to freeze the target by 80%.

Misha Eidolons on Honkai Star Rail

Here are Misha's Eidolons:

Level One – Whimsicality of Fancy:

When using Ultimate, for each enemy on the field, also increases Hits Per Action for Ultimate by 1 hit, up to a maximum increase of 5 hits.

Level Two – Yearning of Youth:

Before each Ultimate hit lands, there is a base chance of 24% to reduce the target's DEF by 16% for 3 turns.

Level Six – Estrangement of Dream:

When using Ultimate, increases Misha's DMG by 30%, lasting until the end of the turn. In addition, when the Skill is used again, restores 1 Skill Point for the team.

Misha's Best Light Cone in Honkai Star Rail

The best Light Cone you can use on Misha is the 5-star option On the Fall of an Aeon. This Light Cone increases Misha's ATK by 8% every time she attacks an enemy, which can be stacked up to four times. 

This Light Cone will also increase Misha's DMG by 12% for two turns after giving Weakness Break to the opponent.

Best Team for Misha in Honkai Star Rail

The team composition that suits Misha as DPS with Bronya, Hanya, and Huohuo. Bronya will be able to give extra turns to her teammates in addition to giving a CRIT DMG buff to Misha. 

It can only give more Skill Points to the party, which in turn can increase the power of Misha's Ultimate.
