Arlan's profile

Arlan is one of the characters that you can play in Honkai Star Rail. He is the head of the security department of the Herta Space Station.

Arlan is often seen with a dog named Peppy. Peppy is a character NPCs Asta's pet but spends more time with Arlan at the Herta Space Station.

Arlan has 5 abilities with different categories and effects, namely Lightning Rush, Shackle Breaker, Frenzied Punishment, Pain and Anger, and Swift Harvest.

Lightning Rush

Lightning Rush is a type of Basic Attack that can deal Lightning DMG equivalent to 50%-110% of Arlan's total ATK on one enemy.

Shackle Breaker

To use this skill, Arlan must spend 15% of his maximum HP to deal Lightning DMG which is equivalent to 120% – 264% of his attack on one opponent.

If Arlan does not have sufficient HP, his HP will be reduced by 1 after the Shackle Breaker is used.

Frenzied Punishment

As the ultimate skill, Frenzied Punishment can deal Lightning DMG equivalent to 192% – 345.6% attacks on one enemy.

This skill can also provide Lightning DMG equivalent to 96% – 172.8% from Arlan's attacks on nearby enemies.

Pain and Anger

Pain and Anger helps increase Arlan's DMG for every percent of HP below his maximum HP starting from 36% – 79.2%.

Swift Harvest

Ability This one is a type of technique that can attack the opponent as soon as possible. After entering a battle, Lightning DMG is given to all opponents with an amount of 80% which is equivalent to ATK.

Eidolon and Trace Arlan

Eidolon is upgrades characters that can increase a character's effectiveness or add new capabilities to existing skills.

Each character has a total of 6 Eidolon levels. The third and fifth Eidolons are always a two level increase for Skill, Ultimate, Talent, and Basic ATK.

Here is a list of Eidolons from Arlan Honkai Star Rail:

• Eidolon 1 – When HP is below or equal to 50% of maximum HP, the DMG Skill will increase by 10%.
• Eidolon 2 – Using Skill or Ultimate will remove 1 debuff from Arlan.
• Eidolon 3 – Increases Skill level by 2 to a maximum of level 15 and increases Basic ATK level by +1 to a maximum of level 10.
• Eidolon 4 – When receiving a fatal attack in a battle, Arlan restores 25% of HP from the maximum total HP. This effect disappears automatically if triggered once or after two rounds.
• Eidolon 5 – Increases Ultimate level by 2 with a maximum level of 15 and Talent level by 2 with a maximum increase of level 15.
• Eidolon 6 – When HP is at 50% or below, the Ultimate skill will provide greater DMG of 20%.
