The Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru manga was initially published via an account Twitter and Pixiy Araido on October 26 2019 which was quite popular.
Thanks to its popularity on Twitter and Pixy, the manga began parallel publication in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alunna magazine on July 13, 2022.
Media Factory released the first tankōbon volume on June 22, 2020 and all the chapters were compiled into 7 tankōbon volumes on August 16, 2023, ending in the eighth volume.
The manga itself has sold more than 1 million copies, both physical and digital versions.
Meanwhile, an anime adaptation was announced on August 9, 2023, produced by Studio Gekkō and directed by Masayoshi Nishida, for the Yukie Sugawara series, the characters were designed by Nagisa Takahashi and the music composer was Tomoki Hasegawa.

Synopsis
Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru or Grandpa and Grandma Turn Young Again tells the story of a pair of grandparents named Shouzou Saitou and Ine Saitou who have been husband and wife for decades who live in the village and work as apple farmers.
Like the life of other married couples, where they live in harmony. However, one day their ordinary life suddenly changed when they woke up in the morning. Because, they see their bodies are young again, really like teenagers in their 20s.
Shouzou Saitou becomes a very handsome young man, while Ine Saitou also becomes a very beautiful young girl.
