What is Pokémon Nature?
Reporting from Bulbapedia, each Nature can increase one of the non-HP stats (Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense or Speed) by 10% and decrease the other stats by 10%.
Nature was first applied to the Pokémon HeartGold and Soulsilver games. The nature of Pokémon can be determined in several ways, namely by default by the game, when obtained in egg form, and given to players by NPCs.
In the third generation of games except Pokémon Emerald, the Pokémon Nature is determined when the player obtains the egg from the Day-Care Man. Once Nature has been formed, they can no longer be changed.
In the Pokémon Sword and Shield game series, a new feature called “mints” was introduced. When mints are used on a Pokémon, this item changes the effect of Nature's stats and adjusts accordingly.
Just like the types in Nature, Mint also has the same types and uses. For example "Timid Mint” will increase the Pokémon's speed but reduce their Attack growth.

How to Use Pokémon Nature in Battle
Each Nature has a ratio of Attack, Defense, and Support that will be chosen by the Pokémon with that Nature. This ratio may change when a Pokémon's HP falls below 50% during battle.
In order to take advantage of the Nature system, it is recommended that you raise the stats that are superior and let the other stats get weaker due to the Nature of your Pokémon.
