Everything You Need To Know About The PUBG Karakin Map

Krafton has added a Karakin folder PUBG Mobile to the main list. There you can play like in Miramar with a smaller size.

In this article, we will cover everything you need to know about the Karakin PUBG Mobile map. It seems that the Karakin PUBG map is currently less attractive to players.

However, you still have to learn how to play it now rather than later for easy wins. PUBG's Karakin map is very different from regular maps like Erangel. Only half of Sanhok, the map is currently the smallest like Livik.

Due to its size, PUBG's Karakin map can only support only 64 players at the same time instead of the usual 100 players.

There's also the new Black Zone, which functions like the Red Zone but is even more dangerous, as you won't be able to hide inside buildings.

The biggest selling point of PUBG's Karakin map is the destructible environment. You can shoot or destroy multiple walls to create new routes. Therefore, the most important item is probably the sticky bomb.

In this article, we will discuss the general strategy to use in the Karakin PUBG map and the best landing locations on that map.

Perfect Landing Location In PUBG Karakin Map

Making a good landing is one of the most important parts that can make or break your match.

This can be applied to any location, and PUBG's Karakin map is no exception. Due to its smaller size, it was a bit difficult to land without clashing with other players nearby. You have to equip yourself as quickly as possible to defend yourself if that happens.

Below are some of the most important landing locations in the Karakin PUBG map that you might want to pay attention to:

  • Al Habar: The largest city on the island, head to the rooftops for gears and viewpoints, a popular landing spot.
  • Al Hayik: Smallest town near the beach, quieter landing.
  • Bahr Sahir: Another Coastal location with decent loot and moderate heat.
  • Bashara: Decent amount of loot with a high chance of engagement.
  • Cargo Ship: Coastal location, big drop but too popular with players.
  • Hadiqa Nemo: Another coastal city. Its tricky layout makes landing easier as you can sneak up on other players if you're careful.
  • Tunnels: Scattered throughout the map, they contain the best gear to be found in Karakin, but are highly contested and extremely dangerous. There will be an octopus symbol near any tunnel door.

Tricks for Playing on the Karakin PUBG Map

Hiding is not an option

This may sound very strange but this location is best played in a very different way from the usual gameplay you are familiar with. Combat is very fast paced and full of action.

If you land on a popular spot, you won't have a moment to rest because enemies will come from all directions.

The Black Zone will frequently appear in that place as well. The problem is dealing damage through buildings and therefore it is best to leave the site as soon as the sirens start.

Since the walls could be destroyed, living inside the building wasn't completely safe nor were there any bushes in the arena. These two elements make hiding nearly impossible.

Don't Be Silent Too Long

Don't get lured by loot after kills or supply chests. This map is too small and without much protection, and as such, it's very possible that when you stand still to loot objects, you will be killed. Make sure there are no enemies around or continue with your current weapon.

Try To Carry As Many Sticky Bombs As Possible

Sticky bombs are very important in this map, because you can use them to clear weak surfaces.

Strategically scattered throughout are the Bunker Caves, which are a literal treasure trove for loot. However, you may have to get some Sticky bombs to access the deeper levels.

Ambush Around the Black Zone

The objective of this new black zone is to push players out of the safe building and fight outside. In the process, they will be exposed to an uncovered area.

This is where you come in. Lying in ambush waiting for people to come out of the black zone can be a pretty good way to get kills, as they'll be running for their lives without caring about cover. After eliminating someone like that, it would be relatively safe to loot all of their items.

Try not to be the one to start the fight. The first person to shoot will be the one the others focus on. It is best that you try to sneak and hide until there are only a few left.
