Drop Materials and Characters Using Materials
The essential drop that will be required from the Dendro Hypostasis is Quelled Creeper.
You will be able to get this material drop if the level of this Hypostasis has reached 30+ and above or you have done Adventure Rank Ascension 1 and WL (World Level) 1.
The amount you will get varies. WL below WL 5 will usually give you 1-2 Quelled Creeper in 1 farming.
WL above WL 5 will give you 2-3 drops. You also need 40 Original Resin to get the reward from Trounce Blossom.
Until update 3.8, there are 3 characters who use Quelled Creeper to increase character ascension, namely: Kaveh, Nahida, and Yaoyao.
Every character from Ascension level 1 character up to max will need 46 Quelled Creepers.
Apart from Quelled Creeper, Dendro Hypostasis will also provide other drops, namely:
- Nagadus Stone (Silver, Fragment, Chunk, Gemstone);
- Artifacts with 4-star and 5-star rarities (Gladiator Finale and Wanderer's Troupe);
- Artifacts with 3-star and 4-star rarity (Berserker and Instructor);
- Artifact with 1, 2, and 3 star rarity (Adventurer).
Locations and Routes to the Location of the Dendro Hypostasis
The Dendro Hypostasis is located in the desert region Sumeru, precisely in the area of Dar al-Shifa, Land of Lower Setekh, Sumeru.
The position of the World Boss arena, which has another name Zayin, is in an underground cave and only has 1 access door.
The route to get to the cave where the Hypostasis is is easy. First, you can teleport from Folder to the Teleport Waypoint south of Dar al-Shifa or according to the photo.
You can point the camera to the left and glide down directly to the left of the Teleport Waypoint.
Below, there will be a Four-leaf Sigil that you can use to quickly enter the cave where the Dendro Hypostasis is located.
Follow the Four-leaf Sigil until you find the Hypostasis in a dormant state. Approach the enemy to start fighting.

Party Recommendations and How to Beat Dendro Hypostasis
According to the author, Dendro Hypostasis has quite a unique mechanical resistance when compared to other hypostases.
Bosses or enemies made of pure elements such as Slimes and Hypostases will usually be immune and immune from DMG dealt from attacks of the same element.
For example Electro Hypostasis will not take DMG from character attacks with Electro elements.
In Dendro Hypostasis, you have to bring the Dendro character so you can fight this boss.
When the HP bar runs out, this Hypostasis will perform a named mechanic cleansing. Cleansing will be accelerated by activating Restorative Piths with Dendro.
You can see a green bar under the HP Hypostasis bar which indicates the Cleansing process.
In addition, the Electro element that is applied after Dendro can speed up the Cleansing process.
Because of the Cleansing process earlier, you must bring 1 character with the Dendro element to be able to do this process.
If within a certain duration you don't complete the Cleansing process, the HP Bar of the Hypostasis will increase again up to 50% of the maximum total HP.
The author suggests bringing characters who can apply Dendro elements quickly without cooldown, for example characters Dendro Catalyst like Nahida and Baizhu or Bow like Tighnari and Collei.
But if you don't have the previous character, Dendro MC, Kaveh, and Yaoyao could be options.
Character with elements Electro or Pyro also very good to use when Farming because it can create a reaction Burning and Quicken.
The Hydro element can still be used but it will take longer because Bloom's damage is lower than the previous elemental reaction.
There are 5 variations of the Dendro Hypostasis attack pattern by giving AoE Dendro DMG which will change randomly until the enemy's HP runs out, namely:
- Mucky Orbs : Throws Dendro Orbs 3 times
- Whip Combo : Forms a whip that rotates for 3 rounds
- Ring of Thorns: Forms thorny roots around the core of the Dendro Hypostasis which transforms into the shape of a tree
- Vine Spikes : Forms 3 to 4 spikes that appear following the direction of the character
- Plunge Attacks: Forms a large ball that Plunge Attacks over characters such as a large Slime
During the Mucky Orbs and Whip Combo attack mechanics, the writer recommends dodging or not attacking the Hypostasis at all. This phase will prevent the Hypostasis from taking any DMG at all.
During the attack phase of Ring of Thorns, Vine Spikes, and Plunge Attack you can remove this attack by applying a Pyro attack that triggers Burning.
When the HP has run out, finish the Cleansing process by applying Dendro on Piths with the addition of the Electro element to speed up the Cleansing process.
