Pela is a Nihility path character. According to the path he has, this friend of Lynx can do debuffs.

Trace Pela Ability Priority
There are two key advantages for Pela: Skill Point (SP) regeneration and Debuffer in the form of reducing enemy DEF.
The enemy's DEF reduction is done when the Ultimate reduces the DEF of all enemies and increases the DMG received. This trace is what you must prioritize. Skills can also give Debuff to one enemy target only so that it becomes the second priority.
You can regenerate SP from using Normal Attack after doing Debuff. With the note that Pela has optimal Advanced Forward and SPD. However, you don't need to maximize the level of this Trace because it gives minimal DMG.

Eidolon Recommendations
