What is EZnet by Telkomsel?

EZnet by Telkomsel is one of Telkomsel's broadband services that provides a fixed network, thus providing an affordable home internet experience for customers. 

Currently, there is only one service available, namely internet service with a speed of 10Mbps. 

EZnet is available in all regions of Indonesia that have established Telkomsel's fixed broadband network by referring to the applicable area provisions policy from Telkomsel.

How and Cost of Subscribing to EZnet

EZnet subscription fees with 10Mbps internet speed vary for each region.

Where Rp150,000/month for Java and Bali, Rp170,000/month for Sumatra, and Rp200,000/month for Papua, Maluku, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Nusa Tenggara. Prices do not include VAT.

Subscribing to EZnet is quite easy, you only need to be in an area that is supported by Telkomsel's fixed broadband network. 

Then you can subscribe to EZnet by contacting a Telkomsel sales agent or visiting the nearest GraPARI in your area.

What you need to pay attention to is that the EZnet subscription contract for all packages is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the service is active.

In addition, if you feel that 10Mbps internet speed is not enough, you can upgrade your internet speed by migrating or moving to the IndiHome service which offers higher home internet speeds (starting from 30Mbps).
