ULFHEDNAR successfully emerged as champions in the M6 Wild Card round after defeating Insilio with a score of 3-0 on Sunday (24/11).

ULFHEDNAR's Journey in the Wild Card Round

Meanwhile, ULFHEDNAR started their Wild Card journey in Group A, competing against tough teams, such as Geekay Esports, Nightmare Esports, and DFYG.

Overall, ULFHEDNAR always took the champion position in every match. In the first match, the team from Turkey managed to win 2-0 over Geekay Esports. In the next match, ULFHEDNAR had to face the team from Laos, Nightmare Esports.

It seems that Lady Luck is still on ULFHEDNAR's side. Where, they managed to send Nightmare Esports home without a defeat with a score of 2-0. The journey is not over yet, ULFHEDNAR still has to face DFYG, which also bore sweet fruit with a score of 2-1.

The back-to-back wins finally brought ULFHEDNAR to face the Russian team, Insilio, from the Wild Card Group B.

On Sunday (24/11), the heated match finally happened. Where, they had to compete in strategy and mechanics to win a ticket to the Swiss Stage in the best of 5 (B05) scheme.

Who would have thought, ULFHEDNAR could actually conquer Insilio without suffering a single defeat. They managed to perfect the victory with a score of 3-0.

Thus, the ticket to the Swiss Stage was finally taken by ULFHEDNAR. Meanwhile, Insilio had to swallow the bitter reality of leaving the arena.

For additional information, Insilio managed to emerge as the winner twice out of three matches in Group B.

First, they managed to beat Legion Esports with a score of 2-0. Then, they beat back The MongolZ with a score of 2-1 and suffered a defeat when they met RRQ Akira with a score of 2 – 1.

ELFHEDNAR's fate on the Swiss Stage

As we mentioned earlier, the Swiss Stage will take place from November 28 to December 5, 2024. Meanwhile, ULFHEDNAR will face the North American region team, BloodThirstyKings (BTK), on the first day.

Unfortunately, ULFHEDNAR had to suffer defeat on their first day when they played against BTK with a score of 1-0. Not stopping there, the team from Turkey also had to accept the bitter reality of experiencing defeat for the second time when they played against Selangor Red Giants with the same score, namely 1 – 0.

It seems that this time ULFHEDNAR has been hit by a losing streak curse. Because, they also experienced defeat when playing against Aurora MLBB with a score of 2 – 0. Of course, this made ULFHEDNAR have to leave and be eliminated from the M6 World Championship.
