MSC 2024 Teams, Format, Schedule and Results

The MSC 2024 schedule takes place from 28 to 30 June for the Wild Card round, then the Group Stage and Playoffs from 3 to 14 July 2024.

This time we will discuss the teams, format, schedule and results of MSC 2024 which will be held from 28 June 2024 to 14 July 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

So, there are 16 teams that will compete in the group stage and 8 teams in the Wildcard round. So, a total of 24 teams will compete.

Mobile Legends Esports teams from various parts of the world are taking part in this tournament. Two of them are from Indonesia, namely Fnatic ONIC and EVOS Glory.

MSC 2024 is a Mobile Legends championship tournament: Bang Bang is part of a series of Esports World Cup tournaments which have started on January 23 2024.

MSC 2024 is also one of the biggest Mobile Legends competition events held officially by Moonton.

The total prize aka Prize Pool MSC this year is $3,000,000 USD or the equivalent of 48 billion rupiah. The first winner will get $1,000,000 USD or 16 billion rupiah, while the runner up will get $500,000 USD or 8 billion rupiah.

Similar to other world-class Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournaments, this tournament also has 3 main formats, namely Wild Card, Group Stage and Playoff.

The Wild Card round will be divided into 2 stages, namely the Group Stage and Decider Stage, then there is the Group Stage and Playoff which are usually present in every MLBB tournament.

Below is information regarding the format, group draw and tournament schedule for the 2024 MLBB Mid Season Cup, namely:

The following is the format of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2024 (MSC 2024), namely:

Wild Card (28-30 June 2024)

  • Group Stage:
    • 8 teams will be drawn randomly into 2 groups.
    • Using Single Round Robin (Bo1) match.
    • The top 1 team from each group advances to the Decider Stage.
  • Decider Stage:
    • Using Bo5.
    • The winner will qualify for the Group Stage.

Group Stage (3-7 July 2024)

  • 16 teams will be drawn randomly into 4 groups.
  • Using Single Round Robin (Bo2) match.
  • The top 2 teams from each group advance to the Knockout Round.
  • The bottom 2 teams from each group will be eliminated.

Playoffs (July 10-14, 2024)

  • 8 teams will play as one team in the elimination bracket.
    • All matches use B05.
    • Grand Final uses Bo7.
