MPL ID Season 13 Week 8 Standings, BTR Unbeatable!

Back again to the review of the MPL ID Season 13 standings. This follows the match that was held last week.

There are a number of things that have changed in the standings list this time. Apart from that, there are also teams that remain in the top position.

MPL ID S13 Standings Highlights Week 8

Without much ado, let's get straight into the main discussion, namely the highlights regarding the MPL ID S13 standings. And you could say that yesterday's match was very varied and very competitive!

How could it not be, there has been a major overhaul of the current standings again!

Various teams that were previously in the safe zone have now fallen back into the gradation zone. Here is the complete review:

Day One (Friday, May 10, 2024)

Match 1: GEEK vs DEWA (15.00 WIB)

The first match of the week pits GEEK, who is in 6th position, against DEWA, who is still parked at the bottom of the standings. Even though they were able to put up resistance, DEWA had to admit defeat.

With a final score of 2-1, this victory was then able to bring GEEK to leapfrog the 3 teams above them and sit in 3rd place. This made them closer to the chance of a playoff ticket.

 Match 2: BTR vs. AURA (18.00 WIB)

Next there is the 'red robot' team which is still unshakable at the top of the standings, which is up against the team in 4th place: AURA. Playing with "nothing to lose", BTR, which was certain to enter the playoffs, managed to secure a score of 2-0.

This further strengthens the team's superiority. Seeing this performance, it is certain that BTR will sit in the upper bracket.

Day Two (Saturday, May 11, 2024)

Match 1: DEWA vs AE (15.00 WIB)

The first match of the second day brought together the two lowest teams in the standings: DEWA (9th position) and AE (8th position). Indeed, it looks like a "stepping stone", AE also managed to win 2-0 over DEWA.

Even though they lose and win, they cannot change their position in the standings, but this is good capital for AE to later be able to get out of the gradation zone.

Match 2: EVOS vs. RRQ (18.00 WIB)

One of the big matches from two former big teams: El-Classico! EVOS, which is in 5th position in the standings, is still quite safe regardless of winning or losing in this match, meanwhile RRQ those in position 7 are definitely more anxious.

And this is what also helped EVOS win over RRQ. Even though RRQ had forced EVOS to initiate game 3, the roar of the 'white tiger' team still succeeded in shaking the MPL Arena. Yep, 2-1 for EVOS!

Match 3: ONIC vs. RBL (20.50 WIB)

In the final match on the second day was the 'King of the Sky' team – ONIC (which is currently in second place and has secured a playoff ticket), against RBL which is just in the non-gradation zone.

Seeing that there is no burden, ONIC played very well: slaughtered 2-0 without reply. In the future, RBL must be more careful if they don't want to follow in the footsteps of RRQ's downfall.

Day Three (Sunday, May 12 2024)

Match 1: RRQ vs GEEK (15.00 WIB)

The third day started with a fairly "mediocre" match. In 8th position there is RRQ who is fighting GEEK who is in 4th position.

From this match, it can be seen that RRQ has still not been able to recover from its downturn last week. As a result, GEEK was able to win without reply 2-0. That way, GEEK became the third team to make it to the playoffs!

Match 2: RBL vs BTR (18.00 WIB)

The second match on the last day pitted two teams with different fates against each other. BTR is at the top of the standings, and RBL is in 6th position and is waiting for luck in the playoffs.

The 'blue bull' team really looks enthusiastic about defending themselves in the safe zone. However, the 'red robot' team is still very on-fire this season: 2-1 for BTR.

Match 3: AURA vs EVOS (20.50 WIB)

And the closing match this week pits two opposing teams against each other. EVOS is in 4th position in the standings, while AURA is right below it!

Unexpectedly, the 'fire dragon' team managed to make the 'white tiger' team meow helter-skelter with a 2-0 win! In this way, a change in position occurred, where EVOS now fell to 5th position.
