New Hero Chip, Riot Tank Who Can Teleport

Recently on advance server Mobile Legends there is a new hero named Chip.

This hero is a hero who can call teammates to do combos. Where he can open teleportation from one place to another very easily.

Hero Chip Skills

Passive

Chip eats potato chips while out of combat, recovering HP equivalent to 150 + 15% HP lost after consuming a full bag (requires 5 bites). After eating a bag of chips, he couldn't eat again for 5 seconds.

This passive is similar to Franco's passive which increases blood when running.

Skill 1

Skill 1 has a cooldown of 5.5 – 4 seconds. Chip will crash his flying ship into the ground, dealing Magic Damage equal to 220 + 5% Max HP of the target and leaving a Chip's Mark on enemies hit.

He will also gain a 300 (+60% Total Magic Power) Shield when hitting an opponent, which increases by 20% for each additional opponent hit.

The next Basic Attack becomes a long-range attack and hits all nearby opponents who have Chip's Mark and explodes the Mark to deal 200 (+40% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and stun each target for 0.6 seconds.

Skills 2

Skill 2 has a cooldown of 15 – 10 seconds, where the Chip will accelerate for 2 seconds, gain up to 65% additional Movement Speed, then maintain maximum speed for 2 seconds.

The next Basic Attack will attack the opponent, dealing 200 (+30% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and causing Knockback.

Skill 3 or Ultimate

The ultimate skill has a cooldown of 60 – 50 seconds, where Chip will place the Main Portal on the opponent, dealing 200 (+60% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and causing 30% Slow for 2.5 seconds.

Meanwhile, he creates a Connecting Portal near allies (excluding allies within 8 units of the Chip) and behind one team's Base. Main Portal and Connecting Portal last up to 15 seconds.

The Connecting Portal allows teammates to teleport from the Connecting Portal to the Main Portal, or stand on the Main Portal for a few moments to return to their original Connecting Portal.

The Main Portal will deal 600 (+180% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to nearby targets after a short delay and cause Airborne for 0.8 seconds. The Main Portal inherits the 80% HP Chip.

Skill 4

Chip has 4 Beacons on the Map. He can stand on a Beacon to activate this Skill and use it to teleport to another Beacon.

Does the Chip Have the Potential to Enter Meta?

As usual, we can't confirm whether he will enter meta or not, because he hasn't been released on the original server yet. And he was also just added to Mobile Legends on the advance server recently.

However, from his ultimate skill which can open teleports to nearby friends, he is suitable as a roamer. Because he is also quite thick and considering his main role is a tank.

Apart from his ultimate, Chip also has skills that can help the team, because skills 1 to his ultimate have a Crowd Control effect. Starting from skill 1 which can stun enemy heroes. Skill 2 which can cause the enemy to be knocked back by a chip. Then the ultimate can knock up the enemy.

You don't need to worry about rotation either. Because he has another passive or skill that can teleport to 4 specific points where these points have been prepared.

So you can teleport from end to end of the map quickly, but there is a drawback, namely that this skill or passive has a very long cooldown.
