Mystic Flour or Mystic Flour Cookie is the main character of the "Realm of Apathy" patch update. You know one of the antagonist characters from the game Resident Evil Village "Lady Dimitrescu or Alcina Dimitrescu" turns out to be filled by the same voice actor, you know.
