Doma is a devil who occupies a position as one of the members of the Upper Moon Devils. And in this article we will discuss some facts about Doma.

He appears as a vital element in the elite force that loyally serves Muzan, the main antagonist in the narrative of Kimetsu no Yaiba. Its existence is an confirmation of the power possessed by the group of Upper Moon Demons who spearhead Muzan.

In the development of the story in both the anime and manga versions of Kimetsu no Yaiba, Doma is positioned as the second strongest Upper Moon Demon after the highly respected figure, Kokushibo.

Even though these two individuals both carry out the role of the Upper Moon Demon, the dynamic of the relationship between Doma and Akaza creates its own tension. Despite their membership in the same group, these two characters are not particularly familiar with each other, bringing out layers of complexity in the dynamics between the members of the Upper Moon Demons.

The climax of Doma's journey occurs in Chapter 166 of the manga Kimetsu no Yaiba, where the character faces his death when Infinity Castle, Muzan's headquarters, is invaded by the Demon Hunter Corps.

This moment becomes the dramatization peak in the storyline, marking the end of Doma's role in the fight against the heroes who are determined to stop the evil carried out by the Upper Moon Demon.

Thus, Doma's existence and role is not only as an element that builds the power of the Upper Moon Demon, but also as a character who enriches the conflict and tension in the world of Kimetsu no Yaiba.

One of Doma's distinctive characteristics is his penchant for eating or sucking women's blood, a trait first revealed by Shinobu Kocho.

Shinobu, an Insect Hashira, revealed this habit in the Manga Kimetsu no Yaiba Chapters 165-166. At that time, Shinobu collaborated with Kanao Tsuyuri to concoct a potion specifically designed to kill Doma.

With full confidence, Shinobu is sure that Doma will be tempted to suck her blood. These quirks reveal the deeper nature of Doma's character and add layers of complexity to the story.

In the last moments of his life, when Doma almost died from absorbing Shinobu's poisoned body, Inosuke and Kanao prepared to cut his neck.

However, they encounter difficulties because Doma still has extraordinary power. Doma then shows his ability to use the ice demon blood technique, a form of Cryokinesis.

His skills are not only limited to the ability to freeze opponents, but also produce ice that is deadly to anyone who inhales it.

The ice and dew produced by this blood demon technique is capable of damaging the opponent's lung cells, causing death and difficulty breathing. This adds a dimension of ferocity and strength to Doma, showing how deadly this technique can be in combat.

Wisteria Overdose

Although it initially seemed that Shinobu would not be successful in avenging the death of her older sister, Kanae Kocho, who died at the hands of Doma, the situation was actually different. It turns out that Shinobu succeeded in weakening Doma by using poison that he himself formulated and injected into his body.

Ironically, as an Upper Moon Demon, Doma is supposed to be immune to wisteria flower poison, a fact Doma himself admits. However, Shinobu succeeded in creating a formula that made Doma's body, which weighs 37 kilograms, become full of wisteria flower poison.

The dose of poison instilled was equivalent to 70 times greater than the dose that could cause death. Apart from that, Shinobu also added poison that damages the regeneration ability of demons, even the Upper Moon Demons.

As a result, Doma's regeneration was hampered, and Inosuke and Kanao were able to cut his neck, defeating one of his flagship abilities which failed to regenerate. This incident shows Shinobu's genius in facing strong enemies and reveals a clever strategy to overcome her opponent's weaknesses.

Meeting in the Afterlife

After dying, Doma had an encounter with Shinobu in the afterlife. In this moment, Doma looks confused in identifying the woman in front of him, whether it is Shinobu or Kanae.

And finally, Doma not only recognizes Shinobu's beauty, but also describes her as very beautiful and cute. With an expression full of charm, Doma even invites Shinobu to go with him, creating an enchanting moment in the afterlife.

However, Doma's hopes are soon met with one-sidedness when Shinobu firmly rejects his offer, showing that the love of Doma's spirit cannot woo Shinobu's heart in the afterlife. This moment provides a dramatic and mysterious touch to the narrative, inserting elements of romance and surprise at the end of the story.
