Chopper
The first character confirmed to have eaten this type of devil fruit was the Mugiwara crew's doctor, Tony. Tony Chopper.
Uniquely, Chopper is the first animal shown eating a devil fruit in the One Piece world. The Hito Hito no Mi devil fruit that he ate gave him the ability to transform into a human.
The devil fruit eaten by Chopper does not have a specific model like the ones eaten by other characters on this list. This means that the basic power of this fruit is to give human abilities to non-human beings.
So, what if the fruit eaten by Chopper was eaten by humans?
Odda Sensei chose to run away when asked about this. However, it can be estimated that if a normal human eats this, they will have 2x the strength of a normal human.
Sengoku
The second character confirmed to have eaten Hito Hito's Devil Fruit is former Navy Fleet Admiral, Sengoku.
As one of the highest ranking officers of the Navy, Sengoku was known for his extraordinary strength and brilliant war strategies.
The fruit that Sengoku ate was called Daibutsu which allowed him to become a giant golden Buddha statue.
This transformation grants Sengoku an extreme increase in strength and allows him to destroy enemies and objects with ease.
Sengoku's devil fruit power was first fully demonstrated during the Marineford War. He used this power to fight the Whitebeard Pirates and their allies.
In Daibutsu form, Sengoku was able to withstand powerful attacks from several of Whitebeard's commanders at once.
Thanks to his devil fruit power, Sengoku earned the nickname Sengoku the Buddha. This nickname reflects his strength and authority as an admiral and a highly respected devil fruit user.
Onimaru
Onimaru is no ordinary fox, he is an intelligent and loyal fox who has served the daimyo of Ringo, Shimotsuki Ushimaru.
The devil fruit that Onimaru ate was the Hito Hito no Mi: Onyudo. This Zoan-type devil fruit allows him to transform into an Onyudo, a yokai creature in Japanese mythology that takes the form of a giant monk.
When transformed into Onyudo, Onimaru has much greater physical strength. Despite being a giant, Onimaru remains agile in launching various attacks and avoiding enemy attacks.
Due to his devil fruit ability, Onimaru can transform into a human. Then he disguises himself as Gyukimaru, a sword thief who attacks samurai crossing the Oihagi Bridge in Wano.
The collected swords will later be used to fight Kaido.
luffy
In One Piece Chapter 1044, the shocking fact was revealed that the devil fruit previously known as the Gomu Gomu no Mi is actually the Mythical Zoan Hito Hito no Mi: Nika.
It means luffy is not an ordinary rubber man, but the heir to the power of the “Sun God” Nika.
The rubber power that we have seen so far is actually the effect of the true power of the Hito Hito no Mi: Nika.
This devil fruit gives Luffy the freedom to fight in a unique and imaginative style.
When this type of fruit reaches Awakening, Luffy gains incredible power. Luffy can manipulate his surroundings like rubber, turning objects flexible, and even affecting his opponent's body.
Luffy's devil fruit power surpasses the abilities of ordinary rubber. Luffy can do things that are impossible for ordinary rubber humans.
