Job Description
- Handling complaints and feedback received from the buyer
- Creating reports about buyer feedback & store sales
Job Requirement
- Having familiarity in the gaming industry, especially in buying and selling experience would be highly considered
- Having a basic understanding of data processing and data analysis with critical thinking
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written, proficiency in English is a plus
- Proactive, strongly driven to continuously learn and improve
- Able to multitask with great time management in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work in a team and individually, with high initiative to contribute to problem-solving
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office, Google Workspace, and Notion is a plus
