1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are an integral part of the main Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) of VCGamers. By opening a store and/or selling products on the VCGamers Platform (“Platform”), you as a Seller (“You”, “Seller”) declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all points in these Terms of Sale and the main T&Cs of VCGamers.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Sale and the main T&Cs, then the main T&Cs of VCGamers apply.
2. Product & Showcase Management
- Product Liability: The seller is fully responsible for the quality, authenticity, and legality of each product sold. The seller is obliged to ensure that the product does not violate any laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Accurate Product Information: Seller must Provide complete, clear, and accurate product images, titles, and descriptions. Any discrepancy between the information provided and the product received by the Buyer may result in funds being withheld or the transaction being cancelled by VCGamers.
- Prohibition of Invalid Clauses: Seller forbidden create your own rules in product descriptions that conflict with VCGamers policies or applicable laws, such as “no complaints accepted”, “no refunds”, or “items that have been purchased cannot be returned”.
- Product Moderation: VCGamers reserves the right, without prior notice, to remove products or moderate any storefront that violates these terms.
3. Order & Transaction Management
- Order Confirmation: Seller must Accept or reject an order within a system-defined time limit (usually 2-24 hours) from the time the order notification is received. If there is no response, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Obligation to Store & Submit Evidence:
- Storage: Seller must keep valid proof of order delivery minimum for 1 (one) month since the transaction was successful. Valid proof is a full screenshot (full screen) or uncut and unedited video footage.
- Submission: This evidence must be submitted to the VCGamers team if requested, either for the purposes of complaint resolution as well as for the process random verification or audit that may be required.
- Failure to provide evidence when requested for verification/audit (outside of the complaint process) may result in administrative sanctions, such as: The shop being blacklisted from selling the brand, detention until balance withdrawal.
- Split Payment Prohibition: Sellers are prohibited from splitting a single transaction into multiple payments or separate products with the aim of manipulating the system or gaining profits in violation of the T&Cs.

4. Store & Balance Management
- Shop Balance only comes from product sales on the Platform and cannot be manually refilled (top up).
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts that have been registered and verified in the Seller's account.
- VCGamers has the right to freeze the Store Balance if fraud, transaction manipulation, or other violations of the Terms and Conditions are found or suspected.
5. Violations & Sanctions
- Prohibition on Contact Exchange and Transactions Outside the Platform
- To maintain the security and integrity of transactions, Users (both Sellers and Buyers) strictly prohibited to share, request, or facilitate the exchange of personal contact information in any form (including phone/WhatsApp numbers, social media, etc.) throughout the VCGamers platform area.
- Any attempt to direct a communication or transaction to take place outside of the VCGamers system, regardless of who initiates it, is considered a violation. serious violation.
- Serious Violation Sanctions: Any action proven to intentionally violate the provisions in points 5.1.a and 5.1.b will result in PERMANENT MODERATION (BANNED) ON STORE concerned without prior notification or warning. This decision is final.
- Other Actions that are Strictly Prohibited
- Data Manipulation: Manipulating data, such as creating fake reviews or fake transactions to your own store to improve your reputation.
- Fraud: Committing fraud in any form that is detrimental to Buyers or VCGamers.
- Authority to Impose General Sanctions
For any other violations of these Terms of Sale or VCGamers' main T&Cs, VCGamers reserves the right to impose sanctions according to the level of violations, ranging from warnings, store moderation, suspension, to permanent account closure (banned).
6. Dispute Resolution & Liability
- Dispute Resolution: The procedure for resolving disputes or complaints between Sellers and Buyers is fully regulated in chapter Dispute & Complaint Resolution (Resolution Center) in the main VCGamers T&Cs. VCGamers' decisions are final and binding.
- Disclaimer: The Seller agrees to be fully responsible for all products and sales activities, and to release VCGamers from any legal claims that may arise due to violations committed by the Seller.
By using the VCGamers platform, Sellers agree that they understand and accept full responsibility for the products sold and sales activities, as well as any legal consequences that may arise from violating the rules.
