Play Terms and Conditions

General requirements

Play is a new feature from VCGamers that allows users to earn additional rewards after making transactions.

1. Playing Chance: Every user has the same opportunity to play and take part in the challenges available in the Play Feature.
2. User Registration: Users are required to register, verify their cellphone number, and complete the address on their VCGamers account.
3. Fraud: If VCGamers finds indications or suspicions of fraud and/or intentional errors in providing information or data by a user, the user will be disqualified without any compensation. VCGamers is not obliged to provide information and/or information regarding indications or allegations of fraud and/or user error.
4. Violation: If the user violates applicable laws and/or Terms and Conditions, the user will be disqualified without any compensation. VCGamers is not obliged to provide information and/or information regarding such violations.
5. Use of Publication Materials: VCGamers has the right to store and use selected photos, videos, sounds and user names as publication materials (including but not limited to the internet and websites managed by VCGamers), as well as in promotional materials, for an unlimited period, without royalties and/or compensation additions or prior notice.
6. VCG Token Deposit: Users who deposit Tokens via their Wallet to VCGamers, these tokens cannot be withdrawn or sent back to another Wallet and can only be used to play Lucky Spin and/or buy Avatars, Frames and Banners in the Play feature.
7. Feature Service Changes: VCGamers reserves the right to change or discontinue this feature, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
8. Terms and Policies: These Terms & Conditions are an inseparable part of the Terms & Conditions and VCGamers Privacy Policy which may change at any time without prior notice.
9. Periodic Inspection: VCGamers advises users to read and check the Terms and Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. By accessing the VCGamers Platform, users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
10. Fraud Alert: Beware of scams in the name of VCGamers. VCGamers is not responsible for losses arising from fraud experienced by users.
11. Absolute Decision: The decision on the selected winner is the absolute decision of VCGamers and cannot be contested.

By accessing the VCGamers platform, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.

Prize Claim Terms

1. Prize Notification: Winners will be given information regarding the prizes won.
2. Winner Confirmation: Non-digital prizes, winners must confirm the prizes won by contacting WhatsApp Official VCGamers at 08159021021. Include a screenshot of the prize posted on Instagram social media by mentioning @vcgamers.id, providing the VCGamers account username, and attaching your KTP/SIM, KK, and NPWP. Prizes will be processed a maximum of 30 working days after confirming your personal data with VCGamers
3. Confirmation Deadline: Winners who do not confirm within 7 days of prize notification will forfeit their rights to the prize without any compensation.
4. Digital Gifts: If the prize is in the form of a promo code or points, the prize will be received directly in your VCGamers account.
5. Delivery Duration: The duration of receiving the prize depends on the distance of delivery to the confirmed address.
6. Goods Inspection: After receiving the goods, the winner must check the condition, guarantee (warranty card and/or other guarantee statement), and provide confirmation within 2×24 hours via WhatsApp Official at 08159021021. If there is no confirmation within 2×24 hours, the winner is deemed to have received the prize is in good condition, complete, and appropriate, and the right to any claim regarding the prize will be forfeited.
7. Additional cost: Winners bear taxes, BBN fees, administration fees, or other costs incurred (if any), as well as prize delivery costs.
8. Prize Availability: Winners cannot choose the color and/or type of prize awarded. Color and/or type of prize will be adjusted to availability.
9. Gift Redemption Policy: Prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes and are not transferable. VCGamers reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
10. Disqualification: VCGamers reserves the right to disqualify winners if there are indications of cheating.
