Seller Specific Prohibitions & Sanctions

  1. Include personal contacts (telephone number, social media, website or application outside VCGamers) in product photos or descriptions, Profile Photos or Store Banners, product voucher columns, cancellation reasons, Chat Features and Order Moderation.

    Sanction: Permanent store deactivation.

  2. Include transfer information in product photos, product descriptions, profile photos, shop banners, purchase chats and order moderation.

    Sanction: Permanent store deactivation.

  3. Creating a product in the wrong category.

    Sanction: Product deactivation.

  4. Ignore chats from buyers or admins.

    Sellers who ignore chats from buyers or admins may be subject to sanctions in the form of shop deactivation.
    VCGamers will periodically review chat performance that could result in store closure, but there are types of messages that do not need to be replied to, such as spam chats from buyers.

  5. Misleading product photos or descriptions (not in accordance with the product name/title).

    Sanction: Product deactivation.

  6. Including rude words, spreading racism and spreading hatred in the Chat or Order Moderation features

    Sanctions: Temporary to permanent store deactivation.

  7. Conveying harsh words, spreading racism and hatred in the Chat or Order Moderation features

    Sanctions: Temporary to permanent store deactivation.

  1. Abuse of the Submit button.

    Definition: The seller simply presses the send button without sending a valid order to the buyer within the specified time limit.

    Sanctions: Refunds, deactivation of instant processing features, and deactivation of accounts/stores.
  2. Committing fraudulent attempts through the Chat or Order Moderation features.

    Sanction: Permanent account deactivation.

  3. Proven to commit fraud both inside and outside the VCGamers platform.

    Sanction: Permanent account deactivation.

  4. Committing fraud in the form of fictitious transactions.

    Sanctions: Product and store deactivation, up to permanent account deactivation.

  5. Proven to hack back accounts that have been sold.

    Sanction: Permanent account deactivation.

  6. There is a problem with the account that has been sold (the account cannot be logged in, cannot be used, hacked, etc.) which is not caused by the buyer.

    Sanctions: The seller is required to help secure the account or provide a replacement account.

  7. Selling top-up denominations that do not match the product title/name or image.

    Sanction: Temporary store deactivation until seller sends the appropriate amount.

  8. Cancel or ignore orders (Store Performance).

    VCGamers will conduct periodic checks*, to stores that cancel or ignore orders due to seller negligence such as not updating / wrong prices, forgetting to close the store, not updating stock, late delivery, canceled by buyers and the like. If the seller has poor performance** then:

    Sellers with Flash/Instant features
    - Poor Performance 1: 7 days Feature Disablement.
    - Poor Performance 2: 14 days Feature Disablement.
    - Poor Performance 3: 30-day Feature Deactivation.
    - Poor Performance 4: Permanent Feature Disablement.

    General sanctions: Store closure until further confirmation via email [email protected] after filling out the form via the link here.
    *) Checks are carried out daily by looking at complaints/moderation or transaction history for the last 7 days.
    **) Includes violations mentioned in General violations, transactions and features.

  9. There has been a spike in order cancellations or order moderation.

    Sanction: Store closure until all moderation is completed or until a specified time limit.

  1. Misuse of the Express and Instant Delivery features.

    Sanctions: Revocation of the right to use features up to deactivation of the store.

  2. Abusing the VIP Seller feature.

    Sanctions: Revocation of the right to use features up to deactivation of the store.
