Steps for paying Mandiri virtual accounts via MOBILE BANKING – Mandiri (Livin' by Mandiri)
- Login to Livin'
- Select the "Pay" menu
- Type “DOKU VA Aggregator” or “88899” in the search section
- Enter the VA number listed in the overall payment details, then enter the nominal amount, then press Continue
- Make sure the payment details are correct, such as VA number, payment amount and other details
- Select Source Account
- Select Continue Payment then enter the PIN and confirm
- Transaction is complete and save the receipt as proof of transaction
Steps for paying Mandiri virtual accounts via Mandiri ATM
- Insert the Mandiri ATM Card, then select Language
- Enter your ATM PIN
- Select the "Pay/Buy" menu
- Select the "Other" menu
- Then press "More" again
- Select the "Multipayment" menu
- Enter the Company / Institution Code "88899", then press CORRECT
- Enter the VA number listed in the overall payment details, then enter the nominal amount, then press Continue
- Make sure the payment details are correct, such as VA number, payment amount and other details
- Confirm payment by selecting "YES"
- Transaction is complete and save the receipt as proof of transaction
Steps for paying Mandiri virtual accounts via ATM Bersama
- Enter PIN
- Select the "Transfer" menu
- Select “To Another Bank Account”
- Enter Bank Mandiri Code 008 and the payment code listed in the payment details as the destination account, then press "Correct"
- Enter the payment amount and select "Correct"
- The Transfer Confirmation Screen appears containing the destination account number and name along with the amount paid, if it is correct, press "Correct"
- Finished
Notes:
– Minimum payment of IDR 10,000 for each transaction
– Make sure your balance is sufficient and make payment before the payment deadline ends.
