If the order has not been received after payment has been successfully made, please check the order delivery status from the seller using the following steps:
- Click menu Account > My order, or
- Click menu Transaction bottom left of the VCGamers page
If order status Waiting for payment, or canceled for reasons of cancellation The transaction was canceled by the system because it exceeded the payment limit. You can immediately contact Customer Support via email [email protected] or Whatsapp Official VCGamers for further assistance*.
*) Please prepare supporting documents such as transaction number at VCGamers and proof of successful payment details (visible transaction ID or Reff ID on each payment method used).
