My payment using a credit card failed/rejected

Payments using Credit/Debit Cards may be rejected for the following reasons:

1. INSUFFICIENT BALANCE (Insufficient Balance)

If your payment fails due to INSUFFICIENT BALANCE, then the transaction fails because the balance on your Credit/Debit Card is insufficient to complete the transaction. We recommend that you check your balance before making a payment or use another Credit/Debit Card.

 

2. INCORRECT CVN/CVV OR EXPIRATION DATE (Error CVN/CVV or Expired Card)

If your payment fails due to INCORRECT CVN/CVV OR EXPIRATION DATE, then the transaction failed because you entered the wrong information from your Credit/Debit Card. We suggest you try again and make sure the information you entered is correct

 

3. INCORRECT CVN/CVV ENTERED (Inaccurate CVN/CVV)

If your payment fails due to INCORRECT CVN/CVV ENTERED, then the transaction failed because you entered the wrong CVN/CVV information from your Credit/Debit Card. The CVN/CVV is located on the back of your card and is in the form of 3 digits. We suggest you try again and make sure the information you entered is correct.

 

4. AUTHENTICATION (3DS) NEEDED (3DS Required)

If your payment fails because AUTHENTICATION (3DS) NEEDED, then the transaction fails because you have to authenticate 3DS. We suggest you try again and make sure the information you entered is correct.

 

5. INACTIVE CARD (Inactive Card)

If your payment fails due to an INACTIVE CARD, then the transaction fails because your card is inactive. We suggest using another card or contacting your card bank.

 

6. REQUIRES CVN/CVV (Requires CVN/CVV)

If your payment fails due to REQUIRES CVN, then the transaction fails because you are required to enter VCN/CVV. We suggest you try again and make sure the information you entered is correct.

 

7. EXPIRED CARD (Expired Card)

If your payment fails due to EXPIRED CARD, then the transaction fails because your Credit/Debit Card has expired. We recommend that you use an active Credit/Debit Card or contact your card bank.

 

8. CARD REPORTED STOLEN (Card reported Lost)

If your payment fails due to an EXPIRED CARD, then the transaction fails because your Credit/Debit Card is recorded as a lost card. If you experience this problem, please contact your card bank.

 

9. GENERIC DECLINE (General Rejection)

If your payment fails due to GENERIC DECLINE, then the transaction failed due to a problem with your Credit/Debit Card. If your transaction still doesn't work, we ask you to contact your card bank.
