Sotta Teknologi Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as VCGamers) is a limited liability company whose type of business is the VCGamers web portal, in this case providing a digital trading platform (Marketplace) that connects users, where users can carry out product buying and selling transactions. and use the various features and services available. As a business supporter and digital trading platform provider, VCGamers guarantees security and comfort for users.
These Usage Rules constitute an agreement as outlined in the agreement between the User and VCGamers. By registering and using the VCGamers service, the User is deemed to agree and understand to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.
- Problems or losses that arise after the transaction is completed experienced by either the Seller or the Buyer are not the responsibility of VCGamers
- Digital products and accounts traded on VCGamers must be products that are not prohibited by VCGamers and the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- VCGamers is not responsible for the quality of virtual items and accounts, the delivery process for digital products and accounts, damage to the reputation of other parties and/or any forms of disputes that may occur between site users.
- VCGamers has the authority to screen Users on the VCGamers Platform, so that VCGamers has the right to impose sanctions ranging from blocking User accounts, stopping sales features, and moderation on the VCGamers Platform if deemed necessary from time to time without notification or information to the account owner if there are indications such as: not limited to account misuse, suspicious transactions, and system exploitation. VCGamers' decision is an absolute decision that cannot be changed/contested by the User.
