- Requesting verification codes (OTP), PINs, Passwords, and other personal data; or requesting to transfer funds/credit to unknown numbers.

- Remember that VCGamers will only contact you via website, email and WhatsApp/official social media accounts
- Don't click on any suspicious links on SMS/WhatsApp, immediately end communication and confirm with VCGamers via email or the Contact Us menu provided
- Remember, the verification code (OTP) is not a gift code. Never submit a verification code (OTP), PIN, Password or any amount of money to an unknown number, VCGamers will never ask for a verification code (OTP), PIN or Password for any reason
If you have provided the code (OTP), immediately report it to us to secure your account because fraudsters can enter your account and misuse your data.
