Social Hub is a web and app-based gaming social trading platform that provides all your gaming needs in one place. We allow gamers to interact, socialize, compete, create content, trade live and even list NFT assets on our marketplace, all on one platform.
Social Hub is a place that prioritizes security, diversity in accordance with social norms and general habits or rules that guide behavior within reasonable limits. We aim to provide tools to encourage creativity and growth of the gamer community in Indonesia. Help us by creating content in accordance with applicable laws, respecting every Social Hub user and not spamming or creating content related to SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race and Intergroup).
Our community guidelines were created to ensure the community remains protected. These community guidelines contain what is permitted and prohibited on Social Hub and apply to all types of content on our platform, including videos, images, photos, comments, links and thumbnails.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines. Everyone will be notified of our decision and have the right to appeal if they believe they have not committed a violation. We will temporarily or permanently block user accounts involved in the violation. If we find content that is dangerous and threatens human life, we have the right to report it to the competent legal authorities. However in some cases we allow content for public awareness that typically violates Social Hub's community guidelines, if it is newsworthy in the collective interest. We do this only after weighing the benefits to the common good against the risks of harm and we refer to international human rights standards to make this assessment.
Safety of Minors
Social Hub platform users must meet the minimum age to use Social Hub. As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions. If an underage user is identified, we have the right to delete that user's account. Because Social Hub has features with age restrictions.
We are committed to protecting the safety of minors on our platform. Social Hub classifies minors as children under 14 years of age. We prohibit activities that demonstrate harassment, harm, harm or exploitation of minors on Social Hub. All types of digitally created or manipulated content that poses a risk of harming children will be deleted when detected and we will report it to the National Center for missing and exploited children (NCMEC) and the Ministry of Women and Children's Empowerment (PPPA) as well as other law enforcement.
It is prohibited to display, upload, download, broadcast or share:
- Cyberbullying content that insults or harasses underage individuals contains sexual harassment, or encourages others to engage in bullying or harassment
- Content that displays or directs users off-platform to display or obtain CSAM.
- Content that involves minors in a sexual manner, or sexually exploits minors. And those depicting photos or depictions of child abuse.
- Content that normalizes pedophilia or sexual abuse of minors.
Users are not permitted to carry out threats or acts of violence, promote terrorism and extremism against individuals or groups of people. Users are prohibited from engaging in harassment that targets an individual or incites others to do so.
We prohibit any activities that contain abuse, sexual harassment, rape and sexual exploitation,
Displaying, uploading, broadcasting or sharing:
- Content that depicts, solicits, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies non-consensual sexual exploitation or abuse or unauthorized touching, including rape and sexual harassment
- Content that depicts, solicits, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies the sharing of intimate photos without consent, including photos of sexual acts taken, created, or shared without consent
- Content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies sexual violence
- Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies sexual advances or advances, including offering or soliciting sexual partners, sex chats or photos, sexual services, premium sexual content, or sexcamming
We strictly prohibit hateful acts by promoting violence, threatening or harassing others on the basis of race, ethnicity, ethnicity, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, physical disability or serious illness.
We will delete all accounts managed by individual perpetrators of terrorist attacks, violent extremists or mass violence, and also delete posts made by perpetrators.
Users are also not permitted to use our services for illegal purposes or encourage illegal activities including selling, buying illegal goods or services as well as certain types of regulated goods or services.
Content that encourages or promotes hoaxes about suicide or self-harm is also not permitted. These include alarming warnings that can cause panic and spread danger. We will remove the warning, but allow content that attempts to dispel panic and promote accurate information about the hoax.
Displaying, uploading, broadcasting or sharing:
- Content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies suicide or self-harm
- Content that provides instructions for suicide or about how to harm yourself
- Games, challenges, pacts, or hoaxes about suicide or self-injury
Copyright infringement
Copyright is the exclusive right of the creator which arises automatically based on the declarative principle after a creation (music, video, image, etc.) is realized in real form without reducing restrictions in accordance with statutory provisions. Along with trademarks such as words, symbols, slogans or designs that mark a product.
Social Hub supports everyone to be able to create, be creative in the form of original content. If we find a violation of the copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of a particular person/party, we have the right to delete the content.
Social Hub prohibits actions that violate the copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of others.
Users are an important part of the Social Hub community, if you come across something that you consider violates Social Hub's community guidelines, please let us know using the built-in reporting option. Once you've finished your report, try to provide as much information as possible, such as a link, username, and content description, so we can find and review it quickly. We may remove the entire post if the image or associated caption is found to violate our guidelines.
Social Hub may cooperate with law enforcement, including when we believe there is a risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
