Reasons for Store Moderation

VCGamers moderates stores that are deemed to have violated them Terms and Conditions applicable. Among them:

1. Selling prohibited products & content that does not meet standards
   • Selling products that are prohibited or contain content that does not meet internal standards Terms and Conditions which applies to VCGamers.
2. Directing buyers to transact outside of VCGamers
   • So that trust between sellers and buyers is well maintained, the entire buying and selling process must be carried out at VCGamers. You may not invite buyers to make transactions outside VCGamers. The transaction process at VCGamers is easier and safer for both the seller and buyer.
     Example: Inviting prospective buyers to make transactions via private channels or WhatsApp.
3. Misusing buyer data
   • To maintain the identity and confidentiality of Buyer data, Sellers are not permitted to use Buyer data for purposes other than order delivery.
4. Indication of manipulation
   • There are indications of transaction manipulation (fictitious transactions) through suspiciously high sales, lack of valid proof of delivery, and other irregularities in order to obtain personal gain (promotions, product reputation, shop reputation, etc.).
   • Indications of this manipulation also include cooperation between sellers and buyers to manipulate transactions to gain promotional profits that are detrimental to VCGamers.
     Example: A shop that has just opened, but immediately has many products and has already carried out dozens of transactions.
5. Store indications deceive buyers
   • Example: Seller asks buyer to confirm order completion to obtain product warranty or provides false proof of delivery.
6. Duplication of stores/products
   • The seller is indicated to be imitating other shop products with the same/similar description, title or image.
     Example: A seller creates one or more stores/products that contain product descriptions and images similar to other stores.
7. Poor store performance
   • Activities that can cause poor store performance include the store rejecting 30% orders from the number of orders received on the same day, entering an inappropriate amount of product stock, the store being inactive for 14 days or other things that result in a bad buyer experience when transacting at VCGamers.
8. Order moderation
   • If the seller receives 30 complaints or order moderation in 1 day, the shop will be moderated until the order moderation or complaint submitted by the buyer is resolved.
9. Indication of threats, harsh words or other violations of the law
   • There are indications of threats to data distribution, use of other users' data, or other threats that use other users' personal data.
   • There are indications of harsh words due to problems in chat/discussion without any element of misuse of PII (Personal Identifiers Information) data. Your shop will be moderated for 3 days or please wait according to the moderation duration.
10. Include personal contacts or links outside VCGamers
    • Sellers include personal contacts or links that lead to other websites in the chat feature, chat moderation, reasons for cancellation, product photos, product descriptions, profile photos and banners that allow buyers to make transactions outside the VCGamers platform. permanently banned, to prevent fraud.

Notes :

• Stores that are in moderation result in not being able to submit balance withdrawal requests, the possibility of canceling requests for store balance withdrawals, account blacklisting and even permanent account freezing.
• The duration of Shop Moderation is determined by the Admin according to the level of violation of the Terms and Conditions committed by the Seller.
